This place has horrible customer service. We brought our car in for repairs as out insurance company recommended them. They have had our car for over a month because we have had to bring it back in numerous times because of them doing a horrible paint job and not fixing things they should have. Im on my way now to go see our car after I was told yesterday it would be done today. They call me at the end if the day to tell me they want me to come see it but that a window is broken and they canceled the order for the window because they want me to see the car first. So they want me to drive to see my car bad it aint even finished after I have been promised all week it would be done today. So now its been a month and car still isnt properly fixed. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. They are all idiots

$4800 paint job on car. I see debris trapped under my brand new paint. No quality controls. Broken rear tail light, Scratched tint on rear windows, clips missing front fenders. They did not put a piece of molding back in properly and when I brought it back in the scratched the top of my car. Tried to tell them about the issue with paint on drivers door they said issue was there before painting, obviously something got under the paint and they wont fix it with their lifetime warranty. They will wait until it causes the paint to chip off then it is not their fault and not covered. Keep in mind my car was stripped down to bare metal before paint so it should look like factory paint.

When have taking are car to get repainted due to factory defects and they were paid to paint the entire car...except the bumpers... we went to pick up our car and the car looked lol Ike it was washed with a brollowpad, the seal on the rear window was cut and residue from the paint was on the inside of the cars dash shifters and knobs......the car also had blemishes all over.... we had to take the car back a few times for them to get things done.... worst park is we have are car and it still looks like crap.

Had Collison Repair done Jan 2017. Noticed peeling paint end of May early June. Took in and the following day they tell me its ready so. I asked how they fixed and manager tells me the sanded the spot and blended the paint in. So thousands of dollars in repair and job done wrong now WARRANTY work also done wrong. Considering all they missed on original estimate and all that I have had to pay and fix now out of my own pocket grill, bug shield, a.c. condenser fan busted etc.. I give them failing grade for sure

Service seemed great UNTIL my car was returned. Picked up on Saturday and after further inspection at home I found the door sagged, interior covered in dust from sanding, door hardware in my console, sealant on my side window and dirt on the driver seat. My phone messages went unreturned. Finally had to complain to the GM to get things right. I will NEVER take my cars back here and I’m letting Geico know they should not refer people here unless they want to rein their reputation too.

Had a bumper replaced some time ago and now its cracking on the upper bumper. The manager, Kevin Gaine says someone hit me pretty hard for that to have happened. Oh really? Wheres that damage at..i have none...called me crazy to think he would cover this under warranty. OK. Even one of their shop techs agreed with me. SMH Currently have a BBB case opened against them. BE AWARE! DO NOT COME HERE.

Took my truck in (AAA repairs) and Stephanie helped me, she was fast and efficient. They ordered the repair parts, called me when they came in about 1 week later and I dropped my truck off a few days later. She said they would need it for about 7 business days and they fixed it in 6. The repairs were flawless, looked brand new. I would take my truck back for collision repairs again if needed.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a collision center I got my car back after 2 weeks in worse condition than I sent in there. And when I asked them to check it they towed my car without telling me they were going to charge for the towing(which the manager basically offered me a rental car on the phone) and now wont release my car unless I pay the towing fee and havent fixed anything.

They charged 10K and told me everything was brought back to New. But they just did tape the bottom frame and it didnt even last long for 2 days. Shame on you...really frustrated of this kind of carelessness.
