WORST experience ever! When have you ever heard of being charged for a deductible over a year later?!?!? To sum it up, you can see this was not a fun experience at all! No communication, they just want your money, and the amount of time they take is ridiculous! In April of 2014, my car was damaged by hail. My insurance recommended, Premier Coach, which was the worst decision Ive made! I dropped my car off June 9th 2014 and per Kyle, the repair would be 18 business days. After that time frame, I had not yet received a call so on June 16th, I called to follow up and check to see when I had to pay the deductible. He stated some parts were delayed so it would be a few more days and that there was no deductible to pay. After that I called multiple times because I still never received another call. I finally got my car back July 8 after being several weeks overdue with no updates or returned phone calls. On that same day I asked Kyle again, if I had to pay a deductible. He stated again that I did not. A few days later, I noticed a section of one of my roof racks was missing. I called and was told they would order it. Again, no call back, I had to keep calling to follow up. When the part finally came in I was told Kyle put it on himself. A few days later, I noticed the part was missing. I was so frustrated and done with them at this point that I did not complain about it. Fast forward to August 3rd, 2015, OVER ONE YEAR LATER, Janella left me a message that I owed a $500 deductible and that she had SPOKE to my insurance company and they also say that I owe it! If I owed it, wouldnt the insurance call me? And why would they wait a year? So, I went in August 4th to inquire and I showed her my invoice copy that showed zero balance and she stated that she called my insurance company but they had not returned her call yet and that at this point there was nothing to do yet until she heard back from them. (I thought she SPOKE to them, now we have to wait for their response) I did ask why they would be asking for payment a year later and she apologized and said that she was cleaning up for the previous person. (Why is that my problem?) On August 10th, I went in again and requested printed copies of invoices, checks, etc. to look over and I would get back to them. After reviewing everything, the numbers just did not add up. I could identify a $500 difference after reviewing everything, however, nothing in my paperwork when I picked up my car in 2014 said that I had a balance. Janella even called again and left me a message saying that if I did not pay by Wednesday, it would get sent to collections. I couldnt get them to call me about my car when they had it, but a year later, when I supposedly owed money, they called several times. Don’t give this place a chance to give you terrible service and rip you off in the process.

I got into a minor accident where my boyfriend backed into me going about 10 mph. Screwed up just the corner..no big deal! I was referred to Premier by my dealership where I had just purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra only 3 days prior to the accident. The experience started off well until 2 weeks later, my rental car company charged me $50.00. What? So I called to investigate and they said my insurance hadnt approved an extension. (Supposedly repairs dont take this long). So I touched base with Premier, left a message, and my message was never returned. So I called again the next day and finally got a hold of my estimator handling my car. He said the car would be ready that evening and he would call me to come pick it up. He never called. Meanwhile, I am being charged $50 each and every day "extra" I have my rental car. Two days later, the guy apologizes and said it should be ready THAT day. No call. Now I am getting frustrated - still keeping my patience. Finally, three weeks later (for a minor repair) its ready. I go to pick it up and there is a door ding on my drivers side! Now I KNOW it didnt happen in my hands because, like I said, I had just purchased the car 3 days prior. It was parked in the garage the entire time until my boyfriend backed into me (on accident of course). This brand new car, 40 miles on it, had a door ding. Premier denied it and brushed away all concerns I expressed. I am a patient woman but I would hate to see anybody else have the experience I had. On a good note, Enterprise, my rental car company fixed all problems and even took care of everything for me (for my troubles). THATS a good business.. :)

Well echo what others have said in their reviews, it was by far the worst experience ever with an RV repair shop and weve owned toy trailers for nearly a decade. They are slow, unprofessional and did a very poor job. It took two months and several calls to finally get our 2 year old 5th Wheel back. The staff is argumentative and rude, with the exception of one young man we spoke with. Now, we finally have our 5th Wheel and they said there was nothing wrong with our large slider, it only needed grease; well its in worse shape now and wont open. Although we could have probably taken it back to have the slider evaluated again, we have no faith in their ability to properly diagnose the issue or ability to work quickly to resolve the problem. Update: After using the trailer this weekend, we discovered the electrical issue was not resolved and has spread to areas that were previously unaffected. Although I would never hire this business again, they did do a good job on the body work and matching our custom paint.

We brought in our 2006 Toyota Tundra truck for some body repairs and new paint. The customer service on their website and in person was the best we have ever had. They inspected our truck - took pictures - talked about our expectations and gave us a quote on the repairs very quickly. We received emails from Coach Works on the progress of our repairs - this was very helpful to us knowing our vehicle was actually being repaired. Our truck was DELIVERED back to us after all the repair work was completed. As an added bonus - some additional repairs were completed by coach works that were unexpected - and they did not charge us anything additional. The truck looks brand new - arrived back to us cleaner then when we dropped it off. THANKS COACH WORKS for a job well done ! I have already recommended you to several others and posted a GLOWING review on my own Facebook account - which has more then 4800 friends listed ! Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK AND CUSTOMER CARE !

The repairs were acceptable enough, considering that Geico only authorized and paid them to do a substandard job on my truck. Itll have to go back to complete the repairs after I get the insurance company re-involved. But I digress. Premier did a fine job for what they could. Regardless of all that, Im giving this company only two stars due the horribly poor communication, follow-up, and follow-through by the gentleman in charge of oversight of my repairs. Id likely recommend Premier to potential clients, but I cant and wont due to the constant disappointment and missed/non-returned phone calls, emails, etc from Kyle. If you end up taking your vehicle there, Id suggest requesting anyone but him.
