This is the best place to get your car taken care of. I had a valet driver bang the side of my car up. I took it to Friendly Fords body shop and they were able to fix my car and make it look brand new. Its a new car anyways but the paint and the blending really looked like it was never damaged. Further, the shuttle took me to my office and picked me up so that I could go on about my day and not have to worry about waiting for my car. They had the door and mirror fixed in two days. Shouts out to the team at Friendly Ford body, I have already sent two other cars to get taken care of because I trust that my friends wont get the run around and will get quality work. Thanks!!!

We have brought work to this body shop on several occassions. Each time there were many delays in fixing our vehicles, all with the same excuses, needing additional parts. It seems when they inspect the vehicle and provide an estimate, they do not properly tear down the vehicle to see what will be needed, then as they begin repairs, they keep needing additional parts. My vehicle is currently in their shop and they continue to delay repairs. I hope it is worth the effort. In the past I have recommended this shop, but no more. I no longer have the will to wait extra weeks to get something done.

i have ameriprise insurance and they reccommended friendly ford autobody, well ameriprise is either stupid,or getting kickbacks. friendly ford is the worst autobody place i have ever seen. some of what i was told was just out and out lies the estimate of the work they said they would do was totally different from the one they sent to the insurance company and while i was waiting i watched them rip off a 70 year old woman. i started arguing on her behalf and i got her back 75.00 the problem is they ripped her off for more than $500.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.

The worst body shop I ever seen in my life And if you decide to take you car to them you have to thinking about it ... There is a guy his name is Gery and this guy gave wrong information about my accident to the insurance company!! Thanks god I had a video for my car and I sent it to the insurance company This shop start order the items for my car from Michigan part after part !!!! Every week 1 part????? It is took 2 months to fix a small accident Not professional at all and they dont know what they doing

Horrible service. Brought in our car to have the AC fixed after a collision. Steve Meyer quoted us that the condenser was damaged in the collision and that we should file an insurance claim. We filed a claim and then he fixed cosmetic damage and refused to fix the AC, blaming us for the damage, changing his story several times. Do not trust anything this man says!

I highly recommend Jacob in the service center,hes a mechanic who really knows his stuff and wont rip you off or steer you wrong-literally! Ive gone to him several times and was recommended to me by other vegas natives when I moved from California.If you want someone trustworthy,HONEST with integrity,then Jacob Rubalcava is your mechanic!

Thank you very much Steve Meyer & Crew, he is a gentlemen, polite and very accomodating. I had some issues on the alignment of my Ford Flex front passenger door. They fixed my car in less than 30 minutes, and the best part of it is that I am very happy overall. Great Customer Service. Thank you again.

worst possible body shop in vegas!!!! I went in for a fender to be replaced took the car in after the parts were already in the shop and still took them to weeks to replace it!!! Absolutely horrible will never do buisness with these people again!!!!
