There was no mis-communication regarding the work or the price of the work. The technician was neat, professional, and friendly AND HE WAS DRIVING A VEHICLE THAT ADVERTISED THE COMPANY. BILL EVEN CONTACTED ME LATER TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL. I have had many interactions with locksmiths and I have to say that BILL AND HIS TECHNICIAN WERE THE BEST IVE COME ACROSS......ABSOLUTELY AWESOME
