Extremely disappointing customer service. I used to get my haircut here, but stopped after they caused me to wait an hour longer than they quoted me (more than once), which was a huge inconvenience. I had previously asked to make an appointment, and they told me they didnt do appointments. The final time I went in for a haircut, I waited over 90 minutes, and just when I was next on the list, they took someone else because they had an appointment. ???? I decided to try going there a couple more times just to buy hair product. Last time I went in, I tried paying with a credit card, and was told they dont accept cards, even though I can see the card reader on the counter, right there. Today, I went in again to buy hair product, and paid with a credit card. They said it would be $24. This time, a lady came to the front with the product, took my card, walked away and handed it to some other guy who was cutting hair. He took my card from her, turned his back to me and was doing something with it on his phone, which I could not see. He handed it back to the lady, she handed it back to me and walked away. Nobody said ANYTHING to me about my purchase during this time. I was never asked to sign anything, or given a receipt. I stand there alone at the front counter for another minute, and the guy who took my card on his phone looks to me and tells me Im all done. I asked for a receipt, and he just says "well I could have given you one..." as if I was supposed to ask for it. I told him Id like a receipt because nobody even showed me how much I was being charged, and he asked for my phone number. I declined because I dont want to have to give more personal info out to a place like this. I asked him to print a receipt, and he says "I cant print a receipt bro, I dont have a printer", as if I was inconveniencing by asking. I guess if I see any weird charges on my card now, I know where they came from. Communication skills in this place need to improve big time. Shady business practices and disappointing customer service. My response to the owners response: Well, one of you is lying. I was told by someone in your shop that the people who cut ahead of me in line had an appointment. Your communication skills and customer service skills are severely lacking. Very disappointing. Just look at how many people are saying the same thing about your shop on here. Youve lost my business and many others it would appear due to how you conduct yourselves.

A friend and me both did walk-ins, my name being right after him. After a 45 minute wait my friend was called and in that time a couple more people came in after us. While waiting to be next a barber noticed a familiar customer that was after me and took him back and crossed him off name being below me. Awesome I thought hoping to get our haircuts done around the same time. While waiting another 10 minutes THE SAME THING HAPPENS! I get skipped twice spent an hour in this place for them to cater to friends. My friend was done 10 minutes later and needless to say I told them Ill be going else where and they didnt seem to care. So here I am. Thanks

DONT GO UNLESS YOU ALREADY KNOW THE BARBER. No customer service. I guess you have to be a regular to be greeted when you come in. Called before I went to make an appointment. Was told they ONLY DO WALKINS. Should have known then but went anyways. Hari cut was literally getting chopped off. You know when the scissors are pulling your hair while getting cut. Trimmed my beard and no hot shave... She rushed through the entire thing. Should have wrote a random guys name since shes the only female in the shop. Oh and the barbers all sae the final terrible result and none said anything. I could have done better with a 5 dollar cut.

Received a sub standard hair cut about 5 days ago. I went there today, to have it re-done. This was the first day I was available to return due to work schedule. I felt that my explanation did not mean anything, and was still charged full price for the repair. The barber even went outside to talk to someone for about 3-5 minutes after the haircut was started. Its disappointing because I have been going there for some time. The customer service is lacking now. I will be looking for another barber. Thank you Alex, for the quick and appropriate resolution to this. I will return.

Ive never had a bad hair cut here. I get a different barber each time but they all cut and shave great. Some times the wait can be a bit long and the waitlist seems a little less then organized. They only take cash which makes me feel like Im back in the dark ages. Come on guys get Square or something. At least they have an ATM handy. I love that they play older music, like Motown etc. Prices are a tiny bit high for my taste but I keep going back so it must not be that bad.

Go anywhere else! Went in with my boyfriend for a haircut, and they made him wait while people who showed up after us got called up first. The barber who stands closest to the desk acts as the receptionist I guess, and he has no communication skills. We were "greeted" with him giving us a blank stare over his shoulder when we walked in and then finally saying "you can sign in" like we were annoying him by being there. Dont worry, well take our business elsewhere.

I came in looking for a certain style, had nothing but two pictures from my phone to explain how I wanted it done. So I wasnt expecting to much, lol in fact I didnt look in the mirror until the very end. But Alma (sp?) NAILED it, I couldnt be happier and it was way better than I expected. This place will definitely have me as a loyal customer, I cant thank them enough!

The Mane is a very good barber shop, actually the best barber shop in Las Vegas. There is a family and friendly environment unlike any other and everyone is treated with respect. The shop itself is clean and maintained. Robert is a great barber, as is everyone else and I will continue to go there and when my kids get older I will be taking them there as well.

My barber is the best LONDON make sure you ask for him!!! When I first went into the barbershop I wasnt to sure about there cutting skills. But once I set down and relaxed It was a true experience too remember also I was balding LONDON stop the balding I was truly impressed I found a barber for life now!!!

Been going here for the last 6 months or so. Always a HELLO when I walk in and a goodbye when I leave. Always good customer service and great haircuts. Even started taking my two boys to get their cuts here. Ive had many different barbors here and Ive always been satisfied with their work.
