I have been here several times before and have never had an issue, always a good cut with equal service...but today was not the case. I came in for a hair cut and a beard trim, WITH AN APPOINTMENT, and my stylist didnt know I wanted a beard trim. I dont know her name, she was an Asian lady and I could barely understand a word she was saying...but I had to tell her SIX DIFFERENT TIMES that I needed my sideburns COMPLETELY SHAVED OFF, and she just kept giving them a little trim until she finally realized what I mean by "completely gone " and she seemed very surprised by that, almost questioning if I was serious. I tried to tell her Im starting a new job tomorrow and I have to follow the grooming standards for my work, but she didnt understand or something. And for some reason no matter WHERE I go for a hair cut, when I tell my stylist I want a High & Tight, and I show them exactly where to START fading; that is almost always where the stylist STOPS the fade, and then I have to correct them and tell them I want the fade to start higher...why is that?

I have always had excellent visits and cuts. I do have a preferred stylist who Ive gone to for the past 14 years, but have used other stylists at this location. They have always been great to me, and the hot towel, shampoo and massage really make my day. AND I have a VERY detail oriented wife when it comes to my haircuts, so much so that the first couple of times she stood watch while the stylist cut my hair. Im no whimp but I do know how to keep peace at home and this works. The stylist was extremely patient and accommodating. You have to give this place a try. Appointments are a plus unless you call ahead to be sure they arent packed.

As you can see from the recent reviews on all the other local barbershop locations, things have really been going down hill in the past year and the owners seem to always give excuses in each response most companies take responsibility and look into issues. My son and I have had to wait at least 30min the past 3 times we have gone into this location and even scheduled appointments. It seems this happens at every location over the past year. Idk what is up with the system here but we are done dealing with this. Turning into the next cost cutters, too worried about expanding...

Becky was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. I havent been this happy with a hair cut in a long time. She actually took a scissors to my hair rather than my atypical experience getting a haircut where all they want to do is buzz my head and be done with it. I got a lot of compliments for my haircut and I personally love it. Plus you get a shampoo, a hot towel, and a back massage for 12$? Quite the deal. This is where Ill be going for my haircuts from now on.

My visits at the Oshkosh location have over all been very pleasant, Lexi the receptionist is very efficient, cordial and welcoming, she definitely knows what she is doing, then my Stylist; Cheri at the Oshkosh location has been cutting my hair for quite some time and she always does a stupendous job! Shes very thorough, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!!

I have given this place 4 chances now to get it right. I tell the stylist how I would like it done and even show pictures, but that seems to be to hard because even after I explain myself numerous times they do exactly what I told them not to do. Im not sure if they just dont care what the customer wants. I wont be coming here again and wasting my money.

Have been going here for a few years and they have been great. No problems and I have found 2 stylists that have been excellent! Occasionally I have had to have others cut my hair when when either of my stylists are not there and some of the cuts havent been great while others have been fine. But I definitely prefer Becky and Sam!

They do a good job there. My recommendation is find a person you like and have that person cut your hair everytime. Thats what I do and she has been cutting my hair now for over 8 years. She knows exactly what I want and the exact way to cut it right everytime. Couldnt ask for more than that. Also dont forget to leave tip!

My son loves The Barbershop. Connie W is the best! Connie spends the time to get my sons hair exactly like he wants it. She gives a lot of good tips as to how to syle it and what product to use. Connie makes sure hes comfortable during the hot towel and wash. He always has a big smile after the massage.

Been a customer for quite a while and Bridgets the best in the business! Despite what I thought was the easiest cut ever, having it all taken off, she brought it to my attention that every cut is different and she takes each and every one professionally. Highly recommended in Oshkosh...see Bridget!

I have been getting my hair cut and my 2 boys from quinlyn for over a year. We followed her from fond du lac to Oshkosh. She has a great love for Her craft, keeps up with new methods ,styles as well as timeless cuts. If you want someone that will amaze you, Quinlyn is that person.

Terrible experience. Our stylist could not effectively communicate and the staff acted as if my request for a lock of hair from my childs first haircut was something theyd never heard of. This location seems unqualified to work with children and we will not return.

Ive been getting my haircut from Mandy for months and shes fantastic. A while ago she asked me about an eyebrow wax and I had never had one or thought about it before and I love the difference it makes. Shes super fun to talk to as well. ♡♡

This place has a great comfortable feel and is not to posh and not to macho. It definitely puts Barbershops on an Executive level. My barber Heather did a really great job providing a stylish cut and professional service. Two thumbs up!
