Chef Eva and her staff at Wild Truffles did a wonderful job for my 50th Birthday Party. The party was at my home and catered to about 30 guests. We ordered with ease and picked up and served the appetizers buffet style. It was so nice not having to spend the entire day cooking and have a great selection of food for my guests to enjoy. Everything was incredible tasty, Double Baked Potatoes with Manchego and Cheddar, Stuffed Mushroom Caps with Chicken Sausage and cheese, and the Spinach, Potato and Cheese Bourikas were a big hits of the night.
