Kneaders has a very homey feel as soon as you walk in the door. The smell of fresh baked bread permeates the sinuses immediately. Oh so good. The decor during this visit had a grandmas house home for the holidays feel. With the maple wood cabinetry and Christmas tree and even stockings hanging from the fireplace, it just felt cozy inside. Kneaders has a pretty simple menu that includes a handful of sanwiches, salads, and house made soups. I decided to go with the famous Club sandwich with roasted turkey (like thanksgiving style), ham, roast beef, LTO and Kneaders sauce. The sauce was an amazing combo of mayo, mustard and sour cream which was quite delicious. Served on country french bread which was definitely a highlight of the famous Club sandwich. The bread was so soft and fluffy on the inside while have a crunchy crust, one of the best breads Ive had in a while. I also tried the Artichoke Portobello Soup. With chunks of carrots and mushrooms through the rich and creamy chicken broth and artichoke base. The soup was pretty good. On the menu they also had Broccoli cheese, French Onion, and Chicken Noodle, Im looking forward to trying these flavors as well. I am disappointed I did not get to try the desserts. They are very tempting because you have to walk by the pastry case to get to the ordering counter. I asked to many questions today and completely spaced my dessert order. Oh well next time. Which might be later this evening. Hahaha. They looked that good. Enjoy!

Late at night, my family, especially the kids, are still eating Kneaders blueberry muffin tops with a hint of lemon across the glaze, the muffins are still in great demand from this morning. Kneaders served breakfast at a meeting with business executives. They served up sweet breads with carrot, blueberries, walnut, then the ham and bacon with egg croissant sandwiches, and of course, blueberry lemon muffin tops at the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce morning meeting. I immediately asked for the address off Hwy 95 and Craig Road next to the McDonalds over the overpass, because I drove to their new bakery as soon as the Chambers meeting finished and bought muffins, sourdough and cakes for my family. The line was gaining ground as 10 am approached. It seems like the bakery has a fan following from Utah. People from Utah in the line window shopping for flavors that moved to Las Vegas know and love Kneaders. You could hear them talking. The place is very comfortable. Great that Kneaders has a drive thru as well so that customers can be served fresh baked bread fresh without even leaving their vehicles with a quick way to dine on quality. We are returning later in the week for their famous bread bowl filled with soup. Seemed like they had half a dozen different soups ready to be served.

I have waited for a long time for this chain to come to Vegas. I have been here about 6 times, each time getting worse. Today was horrible. I waited for 35 minutes for my food. I saw it sit on the counter getting cold for 10 minutes of that time. I inquired several times about it and only got a half hearted apology and said they are working on it....as my food sat there. One of my orders of french toast had a side of honey, instead of syrup. I realized after I had poured it on. I asked for a replacement and they said it could be prepared again but couldnt promise a time frame. I was not willing to wait another 35 minutes. I asked for a manager and got no resolution because he had no customer service skills. There were several other people unhappily waiting for their food also. Wait time is way too long. Customer service is horrible. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT because I have eaten at these stores in Utah and love it. Sadly, not at this location.

I ordered online and the food was ready within 5 minutes after the time promised. We ordered the French dip, 2 kids meals, and turkey artichoke sandwich. It was quite disappointing. The amount of meat on the sandwich does not fit well with the price. The French dip had 3 or 4 slices of meat and maybe 2 slices of cheese with a huge piece of baguette bread. I paid $7 for bread. The dip was delicious. So heres something I thought was strange. I asked for a side of Kneaders sauce because I wanted to put it on my sandwich to determine if I liked it enough to order it on my next sandwich and they said "no we dont give samples." What? Really? 1 kid loved her ham n cheese. The other took one bite of grilled cheese (her favorite) and couldnt finish it. The artichoke sandwich was lacking meat as well. Taste was okay. The place is quaint and cute. Lots of customers but not worth going a second time unless you order a salad, bread or soup.

This place was better than I anticipated. We got a nice assortment of sweets for a good price. I was kinda put off when I ordered the last of one of their cupcakes and paid for it and they gave it to somebody else. The cashier told me I could get something else for equal or lesser value. I was about to tell her to refund my order. It may not seem big to others but if I pay for something how dare you give it to somebody else? The cashier was actually really nice and seemed genuinely apologetic. She told the manager what happened and he advised that I could get anything from the case I wanted, no matter the cost. I ended up getting a brownie and Im soooooooooooooo glad I did!!!! It was awesome! They even gave me a discount that I wasnt expecting. Ill be back and hopefully they have that darn cupcake!!!

Wife and I went for lunch. Never been before, didnt kno what we were walking into. Walked in, the like was like 12 people deep, and went pretty quick. Got a club sandwich, and cup of roasted red pepper soup. Wife got a pastrami sandwich. Soup wasnt what i expected. With a name like roasted red pepper, i expected a soup with a little heat. Nope. Soup was like a tomato bisque, and good. Club sandwich was good, as was the wifes pastrami. What was suprising was no pickle spear or anything other than sandwich for the wife. That was a little disappointing. I would go back. Food was good, staff was great, atmosphere was good. Nothing ugly .

I love this place. I come here all the time. They have great food. The unfortunate thing is the management. Its lacking in customer service hugely. Sometimes I dont want to go there just because if something gets skewed up Im going to have to deal with a super unprofessional manager once again and I cant even bring myself to think about it. He is rude, unapologetic, disinterested and clueless. Had to deal with him before over a couple of mishaps in my orders and it left a bad taste in my mouth. So going back there is a debate.

Ok, so the food here CAN be really good. But you really really need to be careful when you are actually given your food. Double and triple check it, especially if you sat in the drive thru. They have a lot of difficulty in getting an order correct on the first run through. Every single time I have gone through I have to take it back and get something corrected. Usually they simple forget an item, but the most common error Ive run into is when I order a whole pie (they aways, ALWAYS try to give me only a single slice).
