Very poor customer service skills... what CEO /company lets the employees yell at people on the phone while sitting right beside them...??????? Asked for the hr number at witch point I was told the lady yelling and me was hr.... Everyone working was absolutely no help. On top of that the CEO of the franchise Never once acknowledged his position To me while speaking with him over the Phone. Instead he aloud his HR department To put me on speaker phone and ridicule me Over someone giving me her direct number. Why is she giving clients he direct number anyway ...??????? She was more worried about who gave me her number and when I would not reveal my sources she got mad and hung up on me.. She claims that there was no work Available all slots were filled. I was told from A friend that for fact knew that there was Indeed an opening 2 at least and express employment staffing refused to set me up With work at the position do to discrimination I believe at this point in my findings.....

I found an ad by this place on zip recruiter for a job that is right up my ally. I called to see about getting an interview but the person on the phone was impatient, did not hear me out, and they made it sound like talking to me wasnt important enough to consider giving the time of day. I would have been happier talking to an answering machine.

Worst experience Ive had with a hiring agency. Rosy Martin has no respect for customers and puts no effort into doing her job. Called the other hiring agencies in Vegas and they gladly helped me right away without giving me random excuses and wasting my time. Sucks I cant give 0 stars or else I would.

I had a great experience working from the North Las Vegas office. They care about their employees as much as their clients. After working a few temp assignments I was hired on permanent with a company and I am really happy where I am. I recommend this office for anyone looking for a job.
