Unprofessional and impolite on the phone. I called to ask how my family member can apply, I was told by Maria, fill out application online, then come in Mon - Thu between 9 - 11am for walk-in interview. I then started to ask her a question, she cut me off "please hold". The hold music was Beyonce singing "irreplaceable", the next song was Rihanna. When she came back, I asked if January has been a good month for work, she avoided the question and said it all depends on their skill set and theres no guarantees. I told her they have average female skills (clerical, computer, customer service, conventions, etc), she avoided the question and gave another non-answer. I felt like I was talking to one of those call center reps in China, who read from a script. I rephrased the question, and said I wasnt looking for guaranteed work for the individual, but was wondering if work orders have been slow or busy this month (for example, compared to summer time). She refused to answer, and said she cant say. They may be good in person, but lacking phone etiquette and customer service skills.

If i could give a 0 star to Manpower, i would do it in a heart beat, i am so pissed off with this agency. I am honestly very surprise that it hasnt gone out of business by now, they were very rude, extremely unprofessional and the sad part of it all is that i used to be an employee with them back in 2006 and now everything has changed they simply dont care about the people who go to them looking for work. Dont waste your time on going to this agency, or if you wanna be treated horribly than go to them. My recommendation would be to find a professional agency out there who actually care about your needs and not about trying to hustle you or waste your time. They never have work. I have been with this agency for nearly three years, and I consistently call in as available at the beginning of each and every week. I have only received ONE call for a potential assignment throughout this entire time. The receptionist who I had spoken with today was rude and dismissive, and did not even care to take the few minutes which are required to see if a candidate is eligible for an assignment in their database. Unfortunate! Though there IS work in this city; I went through a myriad of alternative agencies and was finally given an assignment. Just dont bother with these incompetent and uncaring people, and save yourself some frustration.

Manpower is a very hostile environment filled with women who are very discrimanatory and will only help and give better opportunities to certain (age, race, and sex) ! Manpower does not stand for helping people everybody in this office thinks they are the boss and will give you the run around and will not help you when you start asking questions good thing I have google because The Headquarters in Milwaukee treat you very professionally and are concerned. I wish I could give Manpower on Cheyenne and simmons zero stars because they dont deserve the one star I am giving them.

I went in at 9:00 am got told to wait for an hour never called me after i asked if i still had to be here she said if i still want a job had to watch a 30 min video then waited till 11:30 asked again cause they were just taking people that just walked in so i was ready to leave a random person called me back an got information the worker already had an in the end i left at 12:30 pm with no job or call yet dont wast your time

I have stellar skills. I sent them my resume, went in to sign up and never got a response to a call or email! Never got a job w/them. I worked for them in other states but Im not sure why they are in Vegas at all. I dont know anyone who has ever gotten a job using them. Dont waste your time!

Worse staffing Agency out there! They tell you that you have a job then you come in the next day for a orientation and "surprise" theres like 4 other people there having the same orientation and they get the job over u. Waste of time. If I could I would leave 0 STARS
