I have had the pleasure of working with Pridestaff as an employee and employer. As an employee I enjoyed the friendly quick service to find the best fit for me. It was not to just put me in a spot to fill a clients chair, but to give me something I would truly enjoy and made sure I was well aware of all expectations of the client.I was tested to make sure that what I said on my resume was true and was offered refresher courses on some items that I had not worked with in years. I really enjoyed that I was followed up on and made sure that the client was happy but more importantly I was too. At any time if I have questions or comments they were heard and action if needed was taken or suggestions to me of what I could do so that my assignment was successful in all areas, and this was done in a timely manner and most of the time didnt wait more than 12 hours for a response. As an employer when I am faced with the decision to hire my first choice is to call Bob and Demont at Pridestaff. I highly recommend them for job training, coaching, insight, and they will find the best candidate to be hired, and not just fill my need. I highly recommend because they make sure that every need is taken care of. They truly care about people and want to see everyone in what they do succeed.

My company is need of hiring a temp and we decided to give PrideStaff agency a try based on the reviews we read on google. Our attempt failed at our first call in to them. The person that answered the phone had us on speaker during the entire phone call and did not have any courtesy phone skills or demonstrated any interest in helping a potential new customer. You showed no urgency or support in addressing the need of the caller - again - a new customer for you. Overall the person that answered the phone did not portray the professionalism we are looking for in a temp agency. Hopefully it is not a reflection on the entire agency, but it was enough for us to not even continue further. PrideStaff, you need to take pride on all aspects of your agency. First impressions are critical as you probably know and the one we got from your first responder is unacceptable. Your loss - Good luck!

Pride Staff is a step above all the rest, from my first appointment with Mr. Daniels; I was so ecstatic at the professional experience, his skills sets, and his genuine care about finding me the right career path. Unprofessional. This place is run by people that could care less about their employees and it was apparent by the telephone calls they were making to inactive employees about needing them to work the NEXT DAY and on top of being short notice, the assignment was only for a single day. Then after she gets done explaining but before they can even get a chance to respond she throws out, "And since you havent been active in so long if you dont accept this assignment we will have to DELETE you from our system. Ill PASS.
