If I could give this service a zero I would. Although Mike and Dana were wonderful in the sales department, the service during and after have been HORRIBLE. I have moved several times during my lifetime. The move itself has never taken more than 4 hours and have never been charged more than $450 for the entire move. Puliz movers took 8 hours to complete a 2 mile move of a 2B/2B apartment, with NO APPLIANCES!!!!! The movers also took about a 45 to 60 minute break during the move, which I paid for. The total was twice the price of the move. The movers also complained the entire time that there were stairs in both apartments, even though I notified them of both. My previous move had more complicated stairs with the same belongings and they had it done in 3.5 hours! Finally, while unpacking I learned that items were damaged and MISSING. After the move, I contacted Mike and Dana stating that I felt overcharged and used. Mike stated that he would speak with management, and I have not heard from him since. So I have disputed the charge to my credit card. I have since filed claims for my damaged and missing items and have now been told that I cannot file claims because I am disputing the fact that I was overcharged. And it gets worse..... They have now told me that they will only give me an hour back and if I do not drop the dispute with my credit card company, they will take me to small claims court over $200. Honestly, this is NOT the way to run a business. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Puliz Moving & Storage moved me a little over 700 miles from Mesa, AZ to Reno, NV without a single problem. I have always done everything myself when it comes to moving but decided to hire a company this time because of the distance and amount I was shipping. Deciding to us Puliz was the best thing I ever did. The time and energy I saved having them pack and even unpack my belonging was well worth it. Especially with the care they gave to wrapping and packing my items; I wouldn’t have even been that cautious with my things and they did it in half the time I would have. They also came and took all of my remaining trash/boxes away a month later when I was finished unpacking the few boxes I had them leave packed. The entire moving crew was truly professional and efficient with their whole process. Ken, the driver and crew leader, was outstanding and I can not thank him enough for all that he did. The office staff and sales rep were amazing, very helpful and friendly as well. I recommend Puliz Moving & Storage to anyone thinking about using a moving company, they are the best and it will be well worth it.

The worst experience I have ever had with any company. Not only are they incompetent, but they are also criminal. When their estimator Mike Burney screwed up our estimate, they refused to honor it on the day of our move and forced us to pay more money than we had agreed upon. If we had not agreed to pay more, they would have left our stuff on the lawn and we would had to fend for ourselves. Do not believe any estimate they give you. It may not be honored and they will extort you for more money. Also, watch your credit card. They charged us on pick-up, not on delivery, so if anything happens during the move they dont care because they already have your money. And if you call for help, all that happens is you get passed around to different employees who tell you its not really their job. Stay away from these people or you will be sorry!

I made the decision to contact Puliz because I knew of the name from my husband before he passed away. The representative from Puliz, Mike Burney, was absolutely amazing with helpful tips and the details that he kept track of. He would question me whether I really needed some packing materials, so as to save me money. The driver of my particular moving van was one of a kind. He called me close to the loading date and asked if he could come a day early to begin the inventory and wrapping process. He worked all by himself so he knew it was done right and on the day of the loading, his crew was so efficient, fast and took such good care of my belongings. My belongings arrived at my new destination in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to use United "if" I ever move again.

Best movers I have ever used! Im very glad I went with Puliz to transport my things from Nevada to Wisconsin. I had a lot of fragile items I was worried about moving such a long distance. The packers did such a phenomenal job wrapping all of my items and carefully packing them into the boxes. The crew loading was just as impressive with the care and respect they had for my belongings. Everyone was so polite and courteous the entire time. I was so happy to see nothing was damaged when it got to the other end in Wisconsin. All because of the great work done by the movers in Reno. Thank you again Puliz!!!

The men were very respectful and friendly but my sense was that they took their time to stretch out the 10 hours that they had been allotted. One was playing with my dog. Also, things we asked to be moved were not -( ping pong table) and things are missing (where are the lifters for the guest room bed?) The previous movers would jog into the house because it was a set fee and when they were done, they were done. Pulitz added on another hour and a half charge so there was no motivation for the workers to work hard. Nope, I will not recommend you to my friends.

Just wanted to thank Tara and Mike for all their hard work in getting our 97 year old Mothers belongings to her new home in Texas. There was a little confusion in the beginning, but they came through as promised. We could not be happier. The paperwork process was easy, the movers that showed up on the property were prompt, courteous and treated all her belongings with great care. They even protected the door openings so they would not be damaged when they left a room. What service, Thank you again for making such a stressful time in our lives so easy.

Just needed some appliances and other heavy awkward items moved across town (less than a mile) and Puliz did a fantastic job! We requested a very early start time, and the movers assigned (Paul & Sean) showed up within minutes of 7 am to start loading. At the destination, getting the items into their new locations required creative solutions, including taking doors off hinges, removing handles, and generally being careful of new construction, as well as contractors working on site. I would definitely use them again!

GREAT WORK!! I am very glad I decided to use Puliz for my most recent moves. Coming from Utah and then using them again to move back from Reno was an excellent choice. The packing crew who came out was incredibly kind and efficient. They packed my entire house in only a few hours and did a great job since I had no damages on the other end. The loading crew was no different, they were courteous and nothing but professional. I would certainly recommend them to anyone
