Packers were very careful to ensure nothing was broken when boxing up our things. Movers worked overtime to ensure that our stuff was loaded on the truck in one day according to our plan. THey were loading by car headlights. And they kept amazingly detailed inventory. The two movers who delivered our stuff were courteous and worked very hard but the company only sent movers to unload a full truck so I helped carry furniture and boxes. The company had great staff but should send more folks for both loading and unloading. And despite great care, an important piece of furniture was damaged with minor cracks and scrapes.

Was totally happy with the service I received. Not only office staff but most especially the guys who did all the packing, loading and unloading went above and beyond to help me out. Other than Bekins I had no other help and a fractured foot at the time too - they basically rescued me. They were all friendly and good humored all the time with me, I really appreciated that as I was panicking and they were all helping to assure me they would take care of anything I hadnt done myself. I would recommend these guys any day of the week. Kudos.

Im very pleased with the service we have received so far, from Bekins NW. This is a very big move for us, and we have a LOT of stuff. They have been very attentive to details, extremely careful with our fragile and valuable artwork, and totally responsive to all my questions and requests. They have made what is easily a highly stressful event much easier for me than I anticipated (weve moved 4 times since 2000, and this is our 5th and final move). I highly recommend Bekins NW.

We moved mom into a retirement community and had a very small window of time to get things loaded and unloaded so as not to interrupt seniors during meals. The movers were very helpful, quick, and efficient and the move was completed in record time. We have used Bekins Yakima for past moves and they never disappoint. We have another large move coming up in the near future and we will be calling them again!

Bekins Northwest did everything I asked of them and more. They quickly yet carefully packed every large item in my BASEMENT apartment and moved them to my new residence in no time. The hourly rate for an intrastate move sounded a little high at first but after watching them move every heavy object in my place including a solid wood desk without company Id say worth every cent.

The office can use some work on customer service. It would take several tries to call and to get a hold of someone. It would also take awhile to hear back from the office. The moving it self was great. They loaded up the stuff on time and did a good job with the delivery. The driver was very nice.

Andy and Dave with Bekins were a great team. Arrived on time, friendly and professional, very careful with my belongings, organized. Definately an A+ experience with the movers. The 4 hour minimum fee difficult to swollow when it took the team 3 hours to complete the job.

Bekins NW, showed up earlier than anticipated, and upon arrival began packing up my items immediately. I was unsure how long the process would take, and delighted that all my items were packed within 2 hours. If doing another move from WA, will definitely ask for Bekins NW!

The driver and packers were very polite and hard working. The only reason I took a star off was because there were only 2 workers unloading on the delivery end. It was a long haul plus an elevator, so that didnt help.
