Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this service. The woman who braided my hair was extremely rude. When I got there at 9am they already had two ppl in the chair doing basic weaves, no cut or style. It took them 3 and a half hours to sew them in, I did not start getting my hair braided until 12:30pm. Which is fine because I expected to wait however after I wait that long I do not anticipate rude service. While she was braiding my hair she kept pulling and yanking on me. I asked her to do my braids bigger and she ignored that request. She got upset at me because I was not holding the hair for her and then she yelled at me and told me to get off of my phone to help her. I get my hair braided often and I never had to assist the person by holding the braid. I came back the next week because my braids in the front were pulling so I took two of them out. I asked the same woman could she do just two braids again and I would pay. When I asked her to pls leave some of my edges out she told me no she could not and asked me why did I come back? After I paid you over $100 to do my hair you can at least be respectful. It is really disappointing when ppl do not appreciate their customers especially when they pay their hard earned money.

Very unprofessional and not worth the money 2 women bounce back and forth on my hair shop has several hair and health violations just moved to new Jersey from california and i have never seen anything like this the shampoo bowl and the toilet are in the same place there is no sink to wash your hand in just very very disappointing only reason i stay to get my hair finish was because iam going on a Cruise today i will say the own jazzy seem very sweet but that about it her staff is terrible not a place I would recommend to ANYONE

Jazzy is nice & real cool. She will negotiate the price with you & take the time to braid your hair well. She has a lot if regulars and gives a discount card, I think your 5th visit is discounted. The bad side is theres only 3 braiders there so you have to get there early. Also Im use to braids & dealing with the pain but she braids tight as hell. You will get a facelift for real.
