Pretty bad but lets start with the plus: the location is nice compared to nearby nail salons. However, service is not good. My expectation of a pedicure is low: clean off old polish, shape nails, 5 minute foot rub, polish, dry. I would have gone to my usual place but they were busy. I still have old bright pink polish where she painted the French pedicure. The lady dug into my nails and clipped skin that started bleeding. There was no foot rub but some slathering of lotion followed by a cold towel wipe less than 30 seconds later. What was the point of that? I do not know but it felt gross. The polish was done and she walked me over to the drying stations. I paid her and she went to get the change. Since this is also a hair salon and the drying stations are right next to it, a hair flew onto the polish and messed it up. She quickly fixed it and I tipped her a generous $5. She told me to wait 15 minutes. After 30 minutes of playing Temple Run, I asked if I could leave. She did not poke at the polish or spray it with mink oil. That should have made me suspicious. When I asked her where to throw out the paper slippers, she just pointed in an ambiguous direction. I just tipped her over 30% for mediocre service and she wont move 5 steps to throw out some paper. Needless to say, the polish rubbed off onto my nice shoes and I ended up having to fix it myself. If I wanted a better way to waste $15, I should have just thrown it out of a window.

Great place for hair. I went with my mother a day before our event and we both got the best hair straightened in our lives. I have long hair (mid back) they only charged me $16 for hair wash and straightened. the guy working on my hair was very gentle and did a great job. He also gave me neck and head massage during shampoo and never needed to pull my hair during blow dry. also my scalp felt so clean and hair felt so light. If you go to this place look for the Asian guy with blond hair hes the best. I also tried Aveda salon on Spring street and believe me they were the worst with my hair and i also went there for shampoo and blow dry.
