Its important to state from the outset that the level of sincerity, warmth and degree of concern/care for the loss of my brother was genuine and heartfelt as my family met with Mr. Greenidge. You absolutely have to love what you do to be able to interact with families who are in various stages of grieving and are trying to handle necessary funeral arrangements. Mr. Greenidge exudes a sense of calmness thats able to help you remain calm and poised; along with bringing clarity to allow you to make the necessary decisions for your loved one as it pertains to final funeral services and burial. The overall professionalism, concern for my family and most importantly care and grace in which they handled and took care of my brother was second to none. The loss of my brother was totally unexpected. Coming from out of state to handle arrangements, I had no idea what to do. I selected Greenidge Funeral. It happened to be the first Funeral Home I called. The woman who answered the phone was warm and very helpful and set me up with an appointment time that was perfect for us. During our appointment Mr. Greenidge walked us through the process and answered all our questions. He offered suggestions on our future plans for a memorial service for our brother.
