TThis company starts out very comforting and helpful. However They completely dropped ball when it came to a viewing the night before the funeral. They NEVER gave us a day or time and blamed it all on the weather! He was never even brought to the Somerset location being that he was initially brought to Westfield when in fact he passed in New Brunswick. Finally to find out his casket wasnt even on sight. At 7 pm the night before the the funeral my father still wasnt in a casket!! The worst part of all is that NONE of this was told to the family. They refused to take responsibility for there actions. Weather cant be a issue when a funeral is planned. You have family coming from very far away and you dont feel the need to keep the family informed. It just wasnt a good experience at all. I can go on its just so much to type. Just beware of this company and youll have to do all the foot work AFTER they get your family members body. All before that there great lol. Soo that says alot
