When they handled my grandmothers cremation, they mixed up her first and last name. We pointed it out and asked for a correction. Instead of an apology, the staff got very defensive and insisted that they had copied her name as written on her passport. Further, they told us repeatedly that she should never have been allowed to enter the country on an incorrect passport. In actuality, the passport in question was an American one. And the name on it was absolutely correct. Apparently the staff here does not know that "surname" means last name. When I pointed this out in person, they had absolutely nothing to say. This place is ignorant and unpleasant to deal with. They made a difficult time more difficult.

You will not find a group of more sincere, caring, professionals anywhere. Without prompting, they go beyond what is expected, doing their best to tailor every funeral to the desires of the departed and their surviving families. Nothing here is "typical."

Again sad place to review, but they are a great place for this. Friendly and helpful. Cozy and must be comforting for those families that are in need!
