While the sales assoc has been nice, I did not receive any notice of when second payment was due until I reached out to them. Plus the first notice did not have the actual amount due in the email, I had respond and clarify. Once you pass 30 days you can only pay with a credit card or certified check. Note, all credit card transactions they add on 2.2% fee (which is high if you are paying a few thousand dollars). This was also not clear to me so I have been going back and forth with them 1 week prior to trying to check in. I have always gotten notices when payment is due from other organizations, so I was surprised to not get one here and then I am penalized for trying to pay when they never reached out to me. I feel their operation could use some fine tuning. Not sure I would use their services again.
