I was the buyer on a transaction with Jack Stanton as the agent. The seller had their financing fall through and their plan to move sell in the morning and buy in the afternoon didnt work. I agreed to extra time but then we needed to move and complete our transaction to buy. The seller was moving into a hotel after leaving the property so they left their playground in our yard and left the house a mess. I wasnt able see it on the walkthrough the day prior because the seller had all of their belongings in the house. They spackled over small nail holes with three inches of white spackle and didnt paint it to match the wall. Their was caked dog hair on the blinds and around where the furniture was. The owner gave me the keys to half the locks in the house which I never would have known about at closing since I couldnt try them out. A month later the owner wanted to have someone come into my yard and get the playground. Jack called me and I voiced my concerns over the state of the house. He said that was ridiculous and that he represents the seller. Then he gave the seller my personal phone number so he could call me. His demeanor and what he said was very aggressive and made me uncomfortable. He sent some guys to get the playground and left a ten by ten square of packed dirt in the middle of my yard and didnt plant grass. Jack did not agency relationship, did not plan a sell and buy transaction effectively, would not follow through to correct my issues after purchase and, gave out my phone number without my permission. If I were on either side of the transaction I would avoid this agent

Ms. Frattini was highly unprofessional and quite unresponsive throughout our dealings. Her lack of knowledge regarding any questions my wife and I posed was quite surprising given her "years of experience". Gina Frattini was rude and seemed to be slightly hostile and at times I got the impression it was because I am not white. Gina failed to respond to voice messages and emails and the entire process of attempting to buy a property was much more difficult dealing with Ms. Frattini. Fortunately we found a terrific realtor that worked with us and helped us purchase our current home for a great price. In the end everything worked out great for us but while dealing with Gina Frattini times were extremely difficult and unfruitful.

I contacted Carlos Cesar, The Contact Property Manager via email about this property last week to set up a date to view this property. We communicated via email to confirm the viewing, which Carlos Cesar stated "Ill be at the property between 2 and 3 pm". When I arrived at 2:10 I called Carlos, which his cell phone was turned off, so I left a voicemail and sent another email. After waiting an hour and following up with Carlos multiple times I finally left. My advice would be to stay away from this agent, very unprofessional.
