I love the sign this new company is using and called them to get some input and interview on my listing in Wind Over Waves. Trafton came with mountains of paperwork and INSISTED my house needed to be listed for what we thought was too low a price. He said if we listed in the $400s he would not take the listing because it would be overpriced. We listed in the range we wanted with another agent and the house sold IMMEDIATELY for $50,000 OVER what he suggested for the listing price to the first people who looked at it. HE UNDER PRICES HOMES on the island in my opinion. This really bothers me because it hurts the island economy. I didnt use him thank goodness!
