She offered us in depth suggestions on exactly what we needed to do to make our home more marketable. She, herself, with another skilled decorator/stager spent an entire day staging our home, moving furniture, taking down artwork and labeling all items that we needed to move to storage. She truly partnered with us and went all out to help promote the sale of our home. The professional photos of the home, including excellent drone-produced photos accentuated the beauty of the home as well as its prime location. Joy is knowledgeable, personable, respectful, dynamic, and pro-active. Her honest advice was invaluable. Her office staff is terrific. We are pleased with the results as are our buyers!
