My wife and I used Mark Seiden to sell our co-op in Briarcliff this past fall and he (and his team) did an outstanding job. Before deciding on a real estate agent to represent us, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. The Mark Seiden Real Estate Team stood out as the best Westchester had to offer. Their online reviews are excellent, their social media presence is extremely strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Mark and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comparable units that have sold in the area. We were concerned that our co-op, which was located in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar units would be tough to sell. Mark made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors dont, like having a dedicated website designed just for our unit, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. The nice hardcover/bound book he made for us was a wonderful surprise and showed just how passionate he is about selling homes. When we saw our listing we were truly amazed. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and blew away the competition. We received an offer literally hours after going live with the listing. Taking his advice, we chose to decline and wait to see what other offers may come. Hours later the buyer came back and offered full asking price. Needless to say we were ecstatic and would have been very satisfied, but fate had other plans. Mark continued to show the unit (contract was not yet signed) and a few days later we received another offer for way over our asking price. We were in shock. None of the other units in our co-op sold for anywhere near the amount offered by the eventual buyers. Credit goes to Mark and his team for doing such a great job representing our property. Our house went under contract only days after we put it on the market at well over asking price. We accepted and Mark (as well as Amy) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. We highly recommend the Mark Seiden Real Estate Team to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking and totally professional agent that has your best interest at heart. Hes a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it wont always be this easy to sell your property, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor to represent you.

I cannot compliment or rave more about the exceptional services I received from Mark Seiden and his team. My property had been listed for years, and with multiple agents throughout Westchester - yet not one was able deliver. As my property was beautiful, but unique; and needed just the right buyer to love it. Mark is unsurpassed in the Real Estate industry, and a "brand" I personally will attest to as someone you can trust. Mark is the epitome of what a premiere service provider should be. He lived up to his promises and within 4 weeks I had several offers, within less than 7 weeks I was in contract, and within 9 weeks my property was sold.

We were able to sell our old home and buy a new home within six months because of the Mark Seiden Real Estate Team. The company is set up so that each team member has a job to do in the process and we believe that they have mastered their responsibilities well. From meeting with Mark, to discuss pricing, to having the stager walk through and give her opinion as to how to make our house more appealing to buyers, to the professional photographer who made our home look absolutely fabulous, and finally the marketing package that Mark put into place, the selling process began smoothly. The office communicated with us continuously about the feedback they were receiving from potential buyers. When that special buyer appeared, we were ready to negotiate and that task was a lot less stressful than we predicted. Buying our new home was handled by the entire Mark Seiden Real Estate team as well. When we were ready to begin our search, we discussed exactly what we were looking for and were shown houses that were right on. For our sale, Mark and his team were masterful to protect our selling price and terms. And on the buy side, they were diligent on their research of the property to ensure we knew what we were buying, and negotiated a very good price for our new home. We were so glad we were on Marks Teams side of the negotiations. It saved us thousands. Given the economic climate, the fact that we were able to sell and buy homes in such a short period of time is a testament to the Mark Seiden Real Estate Teams high level of quality and service. We have known Mark Seiden for over 16 years and have worked with him on over 7 real estate transactions. During this time, we moved for a variety of reasons. We worked with other real estate agents prior but concluded that Mark had the most experience and best understanding of the Westchester real estate market to meet our needs.
