Not really happy about the people who work up there and my husband we find a house close to the ocean youd like to see the house site I spoke with the lady told me she would give me to call and let me know what day we meet she didnt call me after four days I go to company they dont know anything they told me they going to give me her number to call her this is same they want to sell the house they ask you to call to her before my agent call her three days and ask her about the house she never even call her back then I called so many times I spoke with her I dont know whats wrong with these people after taking something to hire more responsibility and professional

I would never use these people NEVER AGAIN, especially Karen, she took the money and didnt finish her job. She gave me her word to allow the previous owners son to take paperwork that belonged to me and they promised he would return them back in a month. When that didnt happen I asked Karen for a way to get ahold of him as I was not allowed access to that info. She hung up on me and laughed as I dont matter anymore. That is just taking my kindness for weakness.

Horrible experience. They rented me a house that was foreclosing. Everything that was promised to get fixed never did. Paid landlord 1600 a month rent and he never paid the morgage. When i called Coldwell banker. They didnt care.

Dont ever get a rental from this place lied to me and told me house wasnt forclosing when it was. Landlord they set me up with never paid Mortgage real bad company would never recommend them to anyone
