My experience with Centure 21 morganville office has been a nightmare ! I am in process of reporting Alan Katz and Iris Lurie for true discrimination . They are the listing agent of a rental property we were highly interested in . After sending over income verification of 6 figures yearly with a credit score in the 600s we were told owners went with another applicant, fine ! Eager to find out if anything fell through I contact Alan directly to see if listing was available, he asked if I was section 8, proceed to ask a list of question then said it was available and wanted to set up an appointment to see it. Once I told him my name and that I already saw it he hung up the phone on me . I immediately called the office to speak to him broker . She told me it seemed strange, she would contact Alan and get back to me . Just a few moments later she returned my call stating my credit didnt meet owners request and they already moved forward with a renter . Knowing that I was being pulled in different directions, a friend of mine called to see if listing was available . Sure enough, Alan went to schedule a visit not knowing I was linked to this call . I immediately called Iris Lurie who barely listened to my complaint, addressed me as several different names till I finally corrected her, I told her I wanted to speak to her manager, she stated she is her own boss and doesnt have to explain anything to me . Very long story short, the listing is STILL available and being shown and we are being discrimated against on this property when we can afford it 3 times over as they are losing money for there clients because we were willing an able to move in with a signed agreement and security deposits in just a weeks time !

Honestly my experience with this Century 21 Was a horrible experience. The whole office condones chase and illegal activitys from Iris Lurie, Martin and Ruth cole, Lori ragovin, Stacy and almost everyone in her office. In a short sale it is illegal to do a kickback which is the owners talking money in a short sale without disclosing it to the bank. Also, their office likes to sell houses and scam the owners so their investors could profit. Also, Iris and her whole crew at her office likes to call and harass their clients. I have been harassed and discriminated against many times by people in her office including Iris. Ruth is a foreclosure agent and she likes to sell the house before it hits the market and does not like to show anyones the house.if you complain to Iris she starts to defend her agents eventhough she sees the harassment going on. Also, I have made multiple offers on houses and Iris and ANYONE inn her office do not present it and they say that the owners have accepted another offer eventhough the house is still on market. Furthermore the list goes on and on and this office should Be investigated by the board. This office needs to practice ethics, professionalism, how to treat the customers and honesty.

This agency is rated highly but certainly the agent we deal with has no business being a part of any agency. We were shopping a rental - the market was as hot as it gets and there were offers within days of the house being listed. We went to see the house and told our agent that we also have an agent. Immediately he said, "if you involve your agent I am not presenting your offer," as he wanted the full commission. We made the mistake of not pressing him, the landlords, of his agency - and went forward under his "dual agency." What a night mare. From coming to terms on an agreement, to false promises made, to the landlord now backing out on his commitments in writing. And all this time, the agent is MIA, since hes collected his check. So guess what? LL is not doing what he is obligated to, and we have no recourse but to take the LL as well as this well-reputed organization to court, for the actions of their agent.
