after daviela and javier took over the daycare and it changed from little smiles to big smiles there service became horrific.... daviela and javier are both very un professional on the way they handle buisness with employees and their customers. i have been a customer there since 2012. both my kids went there and i have to tell you that its sad what happened to this place. both daviela and javier lost all of there staff with the exception of one, ms maria in the infant room who is an amazing person... their turn around time with teachers are terrible because they cant keep a steady staff, so if you are the type of person that likes inconsistancies than this is the place for you. as soon as you walk in, the place smells like poop and the staff that works there barely speaks any english. im sorry to say but i dont see this place lasting longer than a year until it goes belly up.. i rate this joke of a daycare a 1 star for the sole purpose that i cant seem to find out on how to rate it a 0 star.

My 2 year old loves it here! Hes been attending since he was 3 months old. I truly feel like he is loved by all of the teachers as if he were their own. I know he loves it because we have no problem getting him out the door in the morning when its time for school. The teachers and other kids are always excited to see him every morning. The teachers and management are also very accommodating of any needs we have. Their long hours of operation are incredibly convenient for working on NYC. Looking forward to having his 3 month old brother join him shortly.

My sons have been attending this daycare for the last 5 years collectively and I would recommend this daycare to anyone in the area looking for a daycare. The facility was recently purchased and is under new ownership. The name change is reflective of the whole atmosphere change. The baby room to the pre-k 4 are amazing and your child will be prepared for the first day of kindergarten! The staff is very attentive to all of the students and your child will be safe and learning throughout the day.

My experience has been a pleasant one enrolling my 3 year old son after being cared for at home since birth. He quickly adapted to the teachers and fellow classmates and is happy to know when hes on his way to Big Smiles Learning for the day. Im able to be relaxed when leaving him to start my day at work. Big Smiles has made the transition from home to a learning and care facility easy for both me and my son.

Weve been at Big Smiles for about two years and its been great. My oldest son is able to count to twenty in English AND Spanish. He can also write his own name at 3.5 years old! My youngest is able to use Sign Language and knows certain phrases. Overall, our experience at Big Smiles has been great and my boys are happy and taken care of in our absence. Thats all any parent can ask for.

My daughter has been in this daycare for 3 years and she absolutely loves it!! Teachers and staff are wonderful! Im surprised how much new things she learns everyday. My daughter will definitely be ready for kindergarten next year. Im very pleased with Big Smiles and is glad I chose this daycare.
