We came to Rainbow Academy (Mahwah) at the recommendation of several parents. We took a tour of the school fairly early in my pregnancy and immediately felt at ease with the staff and their attentiveness to each child. Our daughter began at just four months old and I credit her teachers with making the transition back to work as easy as could be. Their kindness and compassion were apparent right away and our daughter adores them. Their flexibility concerning feeding/nap schedules and daily report card are extremely helpful for a working parent hoping to maintain a sense of routine. Their encouragement of various milestones has helped our daughter develop greatly and she is constantly learning new things on a daily basis. Now that she is a bit older, it is even more apparent how much she looks forward to going to "school" and the relationships she is forming with her caregivers and other children her age. We have no doubt that the positive relationships she has formed at Rainbow Academy will impact her greatly in the years to come.

We just moved out of the northeast and one of the things we truly miss is Rainbow Academy!!!! What a wonderul, nurturing, loving and pleasant place. We had two awful in-house nanny experiences and needed to find an alternative arrangement for daycare for our infant son. After hearing nothing but positive reviews about Rainbow Academy, we had to check it out. Needless to say, after seeing what we saw, we signed up that day!! From the minute we walked in to the "school" it felt like a home away from home. The teachers were all so caring for each of the kids it made me feel like I was dropping my son off with family. He absolutely loved it there and always had a smile on his face at drop off and pick up. They dont just babysit the kids, they actually work with them and do creative things, even with the youngest of children. They have a camera system where you can log in to view your childs room at any time, which is a great feature for extended family too! Rainbow Academy has set the bar for us as a comparison for all other daycares.

When we relocated to New Jersey from Buffalo NY we chose this daycare it seems to be the nicest looking place, friendly staff, clean organized rooms. This was a big adjustment for my daughter to come here and we thought we found the right place but after many months had daughter had problems adjusting to this daycare. In the end we tried to work it out with them but the Rainbow Academy literally forced us to leave and find another day care, who gets kicked out of a daycare!!!! We never problems with daycare centers in Buffalo NY. We chose another daycare nearby and while my daughter had some issues at that daycare, they were able to resolve it. I cannot recommend this place, do your research, the nicest places are not always the best places to take you children for daycare.

My son currently attends Rainbow Academy. When I was pregnant and looking for a daycare center I interviewed so many places - Rainbow was one of the last places I had visited and I can only wish that I had gone there first. As soon as I walked into the school I immediately felt comfortable and knew this would be the place for my son! The Director, Assistant Director and all of the teachers make this daycare center the best in the area! The teachers in the infant room are so loving and warm towards my son that I know he is getting the best attention every day! Everyone at Rainbow makes being a working mom so much easier! Take the time to visit the school and meet the staff and you will understand why everyone has such great things to say about this center!

Go Rainbow Academy-Mahwah! My children both attend Rainbow Academy and we love it! The teachers are amazing and build such strong relationships with the children even in the infant room. My 5 month old son adores his teachers (caregivers) and lights up to their face and voice. My 3 1/2 yr old daughter has always enjoyed going to school and loves the playground and summer water play not to mention the available extras like dance class! She has made friends and is so advanced and I thank Rainbow for that! I have 3 referrals and plan on having another one soon! The only con (if you call it that) is Rainbow is so great that everyone wants to go there now, so the classes are larger than in the past. A+ to Rainbow Academy-Mahwah!

Great school!!! Our daughter has been going there for almost 2 years. In the beginning it was a little difficult the transition, she wasnt used to be away from her "mommy". The warmth and loving care she got from the teachers and directors helped her a lot. Today she asks every day morning if shes going to school. She cant miss a day! Our daughter has learned so much as well as made many friends. Shes so ahead with her talking, social and behavioral skills. We love the extra activities they offer, classes of ballet, sports, gymnastics, etc. We have recommended it to friends and would do it again. We cant wait to our son starts in September. Thanks RAINBOW ACADEMY.

My one year old daughter has been attending Rainbow Academy since she was about four months old. I could not be happier about my choice to send her to Rainbow Academy Mahwah. The infant caregivers are warm and nurturing; My daughter simply adores them and even at this young age loves her days spent with there. Both the caregivers and administrative staff made my daughters transition into daycare as smooth as possible for both she and I. The safe, clean and warm environment provided by Rainbow Academy is truly impressive. I would (and have) recommended the school to anyone looking for day care or pre-school.

My 17 month old daughter attends Rainbow Academy in Mahwah and I could not be happier with my choice! The entire staff at Rainbow is absolutely friendly, helpful and the best. My daughter loves her teachers and enjoys attending school every day! She learns so much every day and adapts incredibly well in any environment, thanks to the amazing curriculum at Rainbow! Her days are full of singing, dancing, sign language, play time, story time and much much more!! In addition to this, the facility is fully updated and extremely clean! I highly recommend this facility!
