It is not often that I write negative reviews but after tonights experience with George, the "Manager", I feel compelled to say my peace in a public forum. When considering a venue for a special day, its important that the staff, especially the "Manager", make your guest feel welcome and appreciated. The staff is not doing you a favor, they are there to help execute a service that you pay for. I have never experienced a more unfriendly and unprofessional catering staff. The manager had the audacity to yell at my family, on a day that was supposed to be a celebration and a festive event. Thankfully, this dimwit was smart enough to lower his voice and walk away, before things escalated further. Only after we left did I hear from other guests that the "Manager" charged our guests for the same beer that was sold as part of the package we bought, simply because they asked for it at the bar. Common sense (and good business practice) would have been used if he told our guest that the bucket around the door was full of the same beer and that it was already paid for. No, this knuckle head had to be sneaky and charge extra because our guest went to the bar. At the end of the night, while people were saying their goodbyes and packing cars, he decides to rudely tell people to leave and that they couldnt be congregating at the tables because the party was over. Hopefully this review comes to the attention of the people that own this establishment. You have to do something about this guy and the staff you bring on. They dont care about your business and are treating your customer poorly. If you are looking for repeat business, you wont get it from us or anyone that takes a minute to read the other negative reviews on here. Considering there are so many negative reviews on this place, either the owners are not reading them or they themselves dont care...

Had a family party for my grandmothers 80th birthday. George their "manager" is by far the most unprofessional and nasty manager I have ever encountered, George this miserable human being spent the night screaming at his employees and on top of that my own MOTHER because she asked for a service she PAID FOR. When confronted he walked away and then proceeded to kick everyone out the door the minute the party was over by shutting off the lights. The whole night was rush rush rush, your plate was gone while you were still eating, and the buffet was taken away before asking if people were done eating. And the topper was that George decided not to tell the guests that beer and wine was included inside the room so anyone that went to the "bar" aka coat closet got stuck paying for the same beer that was inside as part of the paid package. Such poor business practices on every level. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, it is old and outdated ( not like kind of outdate, completely outdated and disgusting) and has no curb appeal whatsoever. Their valet takes your car to the back of the Wendys parking lot! This place needs to be shut down. Do yourself a favor and dont even consider having your event here. If whoever owns this dump actually cares about their business, get rid of George and your entire staff.

We had our daughters wedding there Saturday and cannot say enough good things to say about the Chandelier. We were very difficult customers and live in Georgia so much planning had to be by phone. We worked with George who was great and never lost his patience with me (Momzilla) Everything we asked for we received. We had the ceremony in one of the rooms and it worked out fine. One of the waitresses, Ramona took special care of the bride and groom and even helped her with her bussel and anything else they needed. The rest of the staff was just as accommodating and congenial. The food at Cocktail hour was amazing and the drinks kept flowing. When we went upstairs the room was magical, done in Winter Wonderland. The flowers we got from Santos in Newark were amazing and added to the beauty of the room. Our DJ Jim Bello from Fantasy Productions had everyone up from the first dance until the last. The dinner was served family style and there was as much as you could possibly eat. Everyone had a great time and didnt want it to end. It was a great way to start the holiday season. The place was tastefully decorated for the Holidays and added to the decor and holiday spirit. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best night ever.... said the Bride and Groom

Good catering hall for most occasions... Im giving it 3 out of 5 stars only because its not a high end catering facility .... and the location is located right across from a stip mall. But, that said... its great for a sweet 15, graduation party, business dinner, local meetings, birthday parties etc... the food was good and the service was okay, again not high end professionals but got the job done...I was there for a HS awards dinner and it was good for that type of event.

I attended a function last Friday. Most of the group ordered shots of Patron Silver and we all agreed.....the bartender was using imitation Patron!!! I am not sure what they are using in the other bottles but the Patron was defiantly not authentic.......1 star is for having the guts to try that.

Really nice atmosphere for an event. Delicious food served and attentiveness to keeping the host of the party informed on their time limitations or any help they can provide.
