I Never Give Reviews On Restaurants, But I Was Very Disappointed Last Night. I Have Been Here For Special Events Three Other Times On Weekends, But Never On A Week Day. Yesterday Was Monday & There Was VERY Slow Business. Three Other Tables With Very Small Groups Were There, However, Every Little Thing Needed Took 20-40 Minutes. I Asked For A Menu When I Met Up With My Friend & The Waitress Passed By Me A Few Times Before I Had To Ask For It Again, She Then Took A While To Come Back For Me To Place My Order, After I Placed My Order 25 Minutes Pass & She Said For Me To Clear The Table Because My Food Was Coming Out, It Did Not Come Out For Another Half Hour Or So... Part Of My Food Came To The Table, But I Had To Wait For The Rest Of My Order & My Steak Got Cold By The Time That Came Out. I Asked For A Container To Take It Home. THEN I Asked For Water & Again The Waitress Passed My Table Several Times Before I Had To Ask Once More, It Took Her A Little While To Get Back To Us Only To Charge $4 For A Bottle Of Water + Tax. I Asked For A Dessert Menu & Was Told There Wasnt One, So I Went Inside & Tried To Find Another Person, I Asked Another Waitress & They Gave Me A Menu That According To My Waitress Did Not Exist. I Got Upset & Decided To Leave, ButThe Check Took About 32 Minutes To Come To My Table & The Waitress Never Came Around To Charge My Card. Instead A Gentleman That Works There Brought It Inside & After 20 Minutes More Of Waiting For The Check To Be Brought Out I Walked In & Tried To Find Someone To Ask. No One Could Be Found, Only A Bunch Of Unattended Tables. Management Was Very Rude When I Complained About The Wait. VERY Disappointed. P.S. Ive Had Way Better Churasco Elsewhere. Food Was Dry & Also Music Was So Loud I Could Not Even Speak.. Dont Waste Your Time On A Week Day If You Want Good Service. More Of A Party Place.

Hola: Fue el sábado una fiesta de Tono Rosario. Pague $45 .00 por la taquilla y $10.00 parqueo. Más lo que cosuni a dentro. Llegue como 10:30 pm . Yo fui sola y me senté en el área del bar , inmediatamente consumi pedí mi bebida alcohólicas. Vi a todos los,que estábamos en bar consumiendo de repente vienen los camareros y unos trataron como personas que no estamos gastando dinero damen las sillas. Y nos pararon. Eso fue ridículo. Porque si querían las sillas debieron quitarlas antes de las personas llegaran. Estamos comentando uno con otro. Nos sentimos discrinados y ridículos. Debería tomar eso en cuenta en un lugar como ese. Espero su contesta pronto.

First and last time eating dinner here. Everyone there is not on the same page. I was told in the front desk, dinner is only served inside and he wasnt sure what the wait time was for inside dining. After waiting for 20 minutes, they decided to sit us outside and let "us" ( a lot of the people were ordering dinner outside and there was no wait for an outdoor table) order dinner there. After sitting outside, we waited 40 minutes to get someone to greet us ( that is after asking everyone that worked there where the waiter was and being ignored.) I had to go back to the front desk to ask for a waiter to help us( the host kept asking different waiters to help us and they kept running off shaking their heads when they saw him.) After the waitress greeted us, everything was very slow. We requested a hookah, that was never received. We requested comidents that we never received. By the time the waitress came back after each request it was 30 minutes and she came back empty handed. After an extremely long dinner (and being add 18% to the bill for bad service), I decided to voice my complaints to the manager. What a waste of time! The manager just told me, " you can see we are busy and we are never like this. Cant you tell that something went wrong tonight?"No sympathy. What a horrible night!

When I arrived on a saturday around 3 oclock of notice that no one was in the restaurant expect my family and I. There were a couple men at the bar but thats it. When my family and I order our mofongo. I expected for the meal to arrive quick. But can you believe the food took an hour to reach my table. During this hour all I heard was loud construction was happening inside the restaurant . The food reached my table I was really hungry. I began to eat and my chicharrón was dry. I dont understand how can someone mess up chicharrón making the meat really hard to chew. The restaurant is trying to be modern with th sauce they are service the mofongo with. Also the service service horrible or waiter was staring at us the whole time because these was no one else there. While consuming my $18 plate I began to think that the should should not even be close to that price. Bonfire is trying to be a fancy restaurant in Paterson with overpriced foods, and bad service. The restaurant has to reconsider what they are doing. I were a restaurant owner I would have the construction before hand so the consumers can have peace. Also today was Dominican Independence the owner should have have made a special for this day to bring people to the restaurant during the day.

Muy Buena la promotion en la radio, El local muy Bonito, cuando llegue a la zbarra nunca espere que el servicio fuera TAN MALO , expert mas de 30 minutos y nunca fui atendido, le pedi una copa de vino a una joven, y ella ni caso me dio, nadie en la Barra atiende a nadie los vasos y copas de los clientes estan esperando que alguien les rellene. LUEGO pude conversar con El new Manager y que pena por el , solo tiene tres semanas en la posicion. Me quede para apoyarlo y vi que le paso lo mismo a varios clientes. Trate de probar la comida pedi una orden de tres Mofonguitos you Que Paso servidossss FRIOS.

Worst club ever! I have a friend in the V I P area in which in order for you to get there you need a different bracelet, I ask one of the bouncer what do I need to do in order for me to meet my friend, he says you need to go to the front desk and ask. I go to the front desk, they say you need to ask the waiter for that table, I go back to the bouncer and said, why dont you tell me since the beginning what I have to do and dont make me waist my time, he replay to me "dont toche me" I said to this guy Im not touching you, Im just saying give me the right info, dont make me waist my time, he kept repeating him self "dont toch me" since I got mad i said " mamaguevo Im not touching you just give me the right info and dont make me waist my time. So they kicked me out because they have people that dont have any knowledge in what theyre supposed to be doing. By the way it was in the Yoskar Sarante party 02/06/16 sorry, I personally wont recommend this place.
