I cannot begin to express how pleased I was with Park Wood Delis food and service. My uncle recently passed away and we needed a caterer very last-minute who could bring stuff to the house and set it all up while we were all out for the funeral. I tried several other places and they acted like I was asking them to move mountains. The woman I spoke to at Park Wood was courteous, efficient, and extremely helpful. We were able to easily set up our order complete with special instructions, and they set us up with plasticware and wait staff. After the funeral, we arrived back at the house to find everything set up perfectly. It smelled wonderful! Park Wood provided an unbelievable amount of food for under $17 a person, and it was absolutely delicious! Even the vegetables disappeared! The woman from the deli who was there went around gathering plates and cups throughout the meal and offered guests coffee toward the end, so in the end we had almost no clean-up to do before closing up the house. I would highly recommend Park Wood Deli to anyone looking to cater an event. They took really good care of us at a time when we really needed it, and we appreciate them greatly.

Absolutely loved this place, we decided to try it after driving past and seeing how packed it was. We got the I love Lucy (baked turkey with brie) and nj giants (roast beef and provolone) sandwiches. We also tried the cookies after reading prior reviews and they are a must try as well. The sandwiches are fairly large and only 5.75. For anyone living in that area you know prices that low are a rare find, as you typically encounter delis charging around 8 dollars for the same portion. Lastly Ill say I was really impressed with who was either the manager or owner. As two of his employees were leaving for the day, he made a point of telling them thank you and what a great job they did that day. That kind of respect and kindness surely trickles down to the customers which is why I will definitely be back.

Adam Sandler always has a social statement to make disguised in comedy so we will all watch it and end up with the message. My daughter went to school with him and he was the class clown then, and in retrospect, I think he was probably trying to make a statement even back then. He certainly didnt disappoint with this interesting thought provoking comedy. Though provoking comedy doesnt even sound like a proper phrase, but if you watch most of his movies, you will understand what I mean. Unfortunately because it is comedy and therefore takes on some "dumb" satire, I can only give it a four; but for me that is a pretty good score because I am very critical.

Great local deli with interesting specialty sandwiches. If youre stuck in a rut ordering the same sandwiches when you go to a deli, stop in here. The menu is prominently displayed, telling you exactly what is in each of the two or three dozen specials they make every day. There is a pizza shop inside that has recently opened, adding even more diversity to the amount of items offered. Parking can be a little tight and you may get blocked in by another car in the lot if youre not careful.

Tried here two times. Once they told me on the phone they were open for another 45 minutes, I get there they refused to make me a sandwich because they already cleaned. Second time the woman behind the counter was abusing a group of well behaved young customers. Will not return.

Local institution. Best tasting, best priced sandwiches and soup around. Pizza was a great addition to their offerings. Need a family dinner with no prep time? They have daily choices.
