The salon decor is super posh and glam, but the level of skill there that everyone has is what really shines. You will be greeted by a friendly face (with gorgeous hair, of course) and will be offered a cup of cappuccino. That seals the deal for me right there. But then Kris cuts, colors and styles my hair and I walk out feeling like a celebrity. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and almost don’t want to write this review in fear that I won’t be able to get an appt with her again. Kristen is super talented!

Ever since I cut my hair short, Billy has been my go to guy. He is friendly, high energy, professional, and meticulous. Billy is always open and excited to change things up with the haircut to fit what I want at the time (im always changing my hairstyle-why not?). Id recommend him to anyone-as a matter of fact I have, he also cuts my mom and sister. As for the salon, the facility is beautiful and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Frank for running a top notch operation!

My friend referred me to Craft for the "emergency" hair color :) My stylist/colorist is away and I am traveling on Sunday. Frank and Caitlin took great care of me! Frank has a special talent for matching colors! Beautiful color and great service! Very carrying people, too. I was offered capuccino or other drinks. They even have plastic sleeves to put in your eyeglasses, so you can read while your hair are colored. Thank you so much!

I asked Billy the Sr. stylist to just clean up the style I currently had. I asked not to layers my hair. It was the worst hair cut I ever received. My hair was layered and not what I asked for. If he had just given me the cut I wanted I would of been a customer for life. It was the worst $80.00 I have ever spent. Do not ever go to have you hair cut at Craft. You will walk out very unhappy.

Frank, Brook, Lisa and Billy have been cutting my familys hair for years and never disappoint. Whether its color, an updo or a simple trim we leave happy everytime. And there are hersheys kisses, whats not to love :)
