Stay away from this shop. My van went in march of 2013 we had nothing but problems with it after. it went back 3 times for the front end alignment still not driving the same as it was before the crash. so after a few months i had to replace the front right tire when it was in the tire shop they said that i had a bad alignment by the way the tire was worn. so now i had to pay out of my pocket for and alignment they said it was in spec but the right tire was at the lowest setting and the left was at the highest. now lets fast forward to Jan. 2015 im still haveing a problem with the front end so i call them back they tell me to bring it in. They look at it and say i have a bad part that needs to be replaced and its covered under the claim from the crash in 2013. however my strut mount on the left needed to be replaced as well and since it had to get alignment anyway it would be smart to replace it $90.00 i said make scene go for it. now to the best part 2 weeks later my wife is driving down the road at 40 mph and the right front suspension collapsed. after the problems i had with this shop i did not feel safe taking it back so it went to another shop. they said that it looked like i had alot of parts that had been heated up and bent back in place. so $3983.00 later my car is fixed thanks to the other shop. it drives like it did the day before the crash in march of 2013. Toyota also found that CollisionMax of Blackwood used a camber kit to hide all the bent parts and the camber nut had 5 washers on it because it was 1 and a 1/4 inchs to long. now to the even better part. i called my ins co. to talk to them about this shop and they only show the car going back to the shop 1 time. now my questions are who paid for the rental car who paid for the said work that was done. why did CollisionMax of Blackwood never send paper work to my ins. co when it was covered. why does my recipe for the work in Jan only show the left side on the paper work and not the right you people at CollisionMax of Blackwood not only did crap work but you put my wife and kids in harms way. out of pocket to date for the 2013 crash $180.00 for a new tire $100.00 for a front end alignment and now $3983.00 to have the car fixed the right way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHOP SHOP

*This review is for both the Westmont and Blackwood locations. Blackwood did an outstanding job to ensure our awful service at the Westmont location was corrected. Blackwood went above and beyond to deliver excellent results. Westmont: The Westmont location is the worst communicators and do awful work. They never called us or kept us up to date on the progress. They originally gave me a deadline that was 2 weeks earlier than when I actually received my car back, after I called them for an update. They had my vehicle for over a month. When the original expected date was approaching they "unexpectedly" found additional work they didnt know about, even though they supposedly had the car apart for a few weeks now. The day before we actually picked up our car they found a nail in our tire that "was not from them" and quoted us $220 to replace it. I declined to have them fix it, I will not be giving them any additional business. The nail nor pressure light had never been on before the accident. When we finally did get our car back, the work was awful. The front end makes a loud rattling noise, as if they didnt even test drive before releasing it to us. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Blackwood: Update: The DM contacted my husband and was very apologetic for the service we had received. He gave us the option to take the car to another Collision Max location, which we did. We decided to go to Blackwood. Collision Max provided a rental car for the duration they had our car, informed us there were multiple loose issues that resulted from Westmont not properly assembling the car, and replaced the tire as a courtesy to us which was more than generous. We did not even ask to have it replaced, they surprised us when we picked it up! The Blackwood location is excellent and was sure to communicate with us every 3 days, which is Collision Maxs policy. Reminder: the Westmont location let 30 plus days pass before contacting us. I highly recommend the Blackwood location and have nothing but good reviews for the service and Marty the DM. Marty did an excellent job to ensure we were satisfied!

The staff at Collision Max in Blackwood NJ is outstanding. Efficient, responsive, technically proficient, and fixed everything correctly. Vehicle drives as if brand new. The staff even dropped off the truck at my house, door-to-door service. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

My finish date on car has been pushed back three times so Im unhappy with that but the staff is very nice and helpful. I explained to them I must have it back today Im a disabled vet and have medical appointments in Philadelphia and must have my car. If finished today I will give more stars.
