I dont even know where to begin with this the service was so bad. Damage to car was right fender and headlight. Very light (dent on top of fender only & headlight) damaged. Was told repairs would take 5 days which I accepted not knowing the horror that would follow. Today is day 8 and I still have not received my car. Not one time did this body shop call me to let me know that there were any problems. But when I called them they had many excuses. My insurance company works together with this shop and recommends you to take your car there, which I felt very satisfied thinking I would get better service. WRONG...not true. Insurance company and myself are paying for car rental fees now, not for 5 days but now for 9 days. If they dont finish washing my car today it will be 10 days. This is the icing on the cake. I called them once again on the 9th day to see when I could pick up my car since the repairs have been made. They informed me that my car was the second car to be washed today and they would call me when finished. I suggested that I would take it to the car wash but they declined the offer saying "they could not release the car in the current condition". There are 5 stars above to rate. They dont deserve any. Please do not live the nightmare I have. Take it to a reputable body shop or to your dealer. Nobody deserves this kind of service. Never had my car held hostage. I also notified the insurance company of the problems Im having with this shop and they did call them but I think that made matters worse since I dimed them out. Please do not go to Collision Max for any service. Tell your friends, family or even someone you dont like. This is not worth the aggravation you will receive. Rental fee for 9 days: $257.79 Rental fee for 5 days: $141.70 Difference of $116.09…They took my $100 deductible with a smile. So repairs and rental fee was a total of $357.79. Thank you Collision Max you suck.

My vehicle was rear-ened and I went through third party insurance at this collision max. Quote was pretty quick and they sent it to other party insurance and I got approval from third party insurance in 2 weeks and scheduled the repair in 2 weeks. They were supposed to deliver in 6 days and it took 8 days, not bad. They kept me informed of the situation and called the rental company for pick up. Cons: .Quote says Opt-OEM parts and I overlooked it. Opt-OEM is not OEM. Though it was mentioned in the quote, they should have discussed it. More transparency and less surprises would give more stars. Non OEM parts means, my car price would go down significantly when I sell to dealers. .After I dropped the car for repair, they called me on the next day and mentioned that they would like to shift my car to different location because they need to handle other cars and other insurance companies didnt allow them to do so. I didnt approve it. I hope it was done at the location I had given.

Collision Max Marlton went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me out. I was rear-ended and the shop that did the work initially left me with a lot of concerns. Collision max looked my vehicle over and found further repairs (took care of the supplement, rental, and went through all of the repairs the first shop did). They found that the first shop had repaired, and repaired BADLY parts that they were originally paid to replace. This started a battle between me, the insurance of the person who hit me, and the first shop. Collision max took SO much time in going through those repairs, and meeting with the adjuster, for work that they will never be paid to do. The work that they were approved to do was done quickly, and done well. Being a woman, they made me feel like they were looking out for me. They pointed out everything that was deficient in the initial repairs, their concerns, and advice.

Made an appointment a few weeks in advance. When my wife went to drop the car off they told her she did not have an appointment. She called me after she left. I called and asked WTF. They said oh sorry we looked in the wrong place. I would not even use this pale except for the recommendation by the idiot that hit her insurance company said it was a one stop shop and would be convenient. If they are this bad at keeping up with who has or does not have an appointment then I wonder what the work will look like. Will post another review after that I guess.

Guess more people complain than compliment From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Estimation was fast and I even had someone drive with me to my home so they could bring my car back. Didnt have a way to drop off car. Was notified of status of repair have NO COMPLAINT whatsoever! Great work done on my air dam and windshield. Good service, great customer service I would highly recommend CollisionMax.

Seriously listen to these reviews and take your car anywhere else. I was first told 4-5 days after having to bring my car back two weeks after the estimate was given. Then two days after I dropped my car off I received an email saying it would not be ready till at least mid next week. They give excuses for why your car will take WAY too long to be completed.

They are very expensive and have a lot of attitude. Do not work on weekends. Do not return estimates in time and cannot answer questions properly. I have low confidence that they could get the job done in time.
