Buyer Beware. Brought my TT in to Audi of Turnersville service shop because the clutch would not disengage. The car had 39,543 on it at this time but was out of warranty. The issue came to be a slave cylinder / throw-out barring rupture. The cylinder is ingeniously located within the bell-housing. (no clutch fork, just a throw barring) Long story short I ended up replacing the slave cylinder / throw-out barring, clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel. All to the cost of $3,100.00, nearly double the estimates from three other shops. But I chose Audi because of their warranty (One year/ 12,000 miles, parts & LABOR!) and what I thought to reputable accountable service. After picking the car up everything seemed to be fine. However 3,000 miles later (42,134) the transmission jammed between first and second gear. I immediately towed the TT back to Audi of Turnersville. They denied being the cause of the problem stating that the clutch operated correctly. They then gave me an estimate of $7,000.00 for the repair. (Remove broken transmission and replace with rebuilt transmission) True the issue has nothing to do with the clutch but is undoubtedly directly related to the reinstallation of the transmission, more specifically, the shift linkage adjustment. After speaking with 7 different Audi shops, four of which are dealers, each one had an identical diagnosis. The shift linkage was improperly dialed-in causing a premature failure of the gear syncro within the transmission. Naturally first and second gear would be the first to go because they are the most used. Upon the cars repair elsewhere I will be seeking legal compensation in court for the cost of repair. Its a true shame that dealer service shops like this exist. Audi USA as well as Penske automotive group should stand behind their mistakes. For the record. In spite of my situation, Dana Magnani is very nice, a pleasure to work with, and a true asset to this otherwise dodgy dealer service shop. Needless to state, I will not be returning to Audi of Turnersville nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

Was told that the repairs would take about 5 days (ok I know it says "about" 5 days but at the absolute worst it should take 2 more days on top of that). I brought my car in on 5/15 it is now 5/24 at the end of the day (meaning they are closed so wont be getting my car today either). Since bringing it in I have been in a rental car that I absolutely hate but Im figuring 5 days ok I can live with that. So I called on Friday 5/19 and was told that the car just got out of paint it will be reassembled, have the computer reset for the tire pressure sensor and then detailed so the car should be done on Monday. Ok so I wait until Tuesday 5/23 to call back again at which point I am told that it just needed to go to detailing which it would later today or first thing in the morning so I will be able to get my car tomorrow and they would call me when its done. So the next day (Today), I waited until 5 oclock (because they close at 6) and called to find out about my car but was told that my representative had gone home for the day but I could leave a message if I wanted. So a 5 day repair will now be going into the 10th day. Any future repair work I need done will not be done here.

The Turnersville collision center is the only place I will take my vehicle too. The service there is impeccable! My advisor Joe Kidd was great, my service was timely and my vehicle was completed on the day they said it would be done, with updates along the way of how things were going. Everyone in this department is a true pleasure to work and interact with. If your looking for a body shop with excellent customer service, this is where you want to go!!!!! Sincerely, one very happy customer!!

very disappointed. Replaced bumper and the paint doesnt match. When i called about it, the rep suggested that i get it detailed. He let me know that they have a detailing place right on the premises. Since they are aware that white paint is difficult to match: 1st they should have told me. 2nd they should have taken to be detailed, especially since its conveniently on the premises. I dont really like playing this type of silly games.

Seth, Steve, and team at Turnersville collision center were amazing! They got my car right in for estimate and worked with my insurance company every step of the way to make sure everything was covered. They kept me updated during the process and helped me navigate the entire process from filing my insurance claim to renting a car. I cant say enough good things about this team and would recommend them to anyone!

I brought my truck into the Turnersville Collision Center after a minor fender bender, so I thought, the damage was more then the eye could see. The advisor was very thorough and helped me deal with the insurance company to get the repair done in a timely manner. The repair looks great!!! I absolutely recommend for any of your body shop needs. Thank you for making this bad experience not so bad.

Ive been to the turnersville collision center on several occasions to visit Joe Kidd when my vehicle has been hit. It is ALWAYS a great experience, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I was updated on the process on what was going on with my vehicle and everything always came back like new (they even washed an vacuumed the car!) I recommend their shop for any body repairs you might need.

Turnersville Collision Center is the only place I trust with my car! Unfortunately, Ive had to take it twice due to accidents and they have handled everything with the insurance company for me. Every time I go, everyone is really nice. I ask a lot of questions and they are really patient with me. I am always kept up to date on the status of my car and it is ready when promised and spotless!

Wish I could give them a 0. They lied about damages to my insurance company during an appraisal to the point where my deductible doubled! Wouldnt suggest to my worst enemy, COMPLETE RIPOFF! Do not use for appraisals, because they CAN and WILL make up fake damages to make a buck, without considering how it affects the customers rates.

I dealt with Steve Nuzzo he took care of me every step of the way from the time I brought my car in with a millions questions till the time I picked my car up and had a huge smile on my face and couldnt be happier

Was waiting for estimate, once he found out it was an insurance claim he wouldnt give it to me. The "one week" promise became 2 weeks. They milked the insurance company for every dollar for a scratched bumper. If you want to know why insurance is so high in NJ, go to this place. Really disappointed.

I had damaged my wheels on my BMW I had priced a new wheel and it was very expensive so I brought my car in and had them repair the wheels I couldnt be happier with the work they saved me a ton of money I highly recommend!!
