Im not quite sure why my experience was so different from the other reviewers. When my car was initially picked up I gave the valet key to the tower, he and I both that it would suffice. We were wrong. I got a call from a woman from Caliber saying that I had to drop off the whole key because they may need to move the car. I would think that those well versed in cars could figure out a valet key. Nonetheless I came by dropped of my key and filled out some paperwork. I asked to be sent updates via text message however that never happened. I received a call from the representative of GEICO explaining what would be done to my car and when it would be finished. They sent emails stating that my car was being worked on however on the day that it was scheduled to be finish I heard nothing. After a couple of days I gave them a call. The women stated that they probably found additional damage and they would give me a call when it was ready. An additional two weeks later while I was at work, my phone rang non-stop. After several calls, they finally left a message stating my car was done. When I came to pick up my car, a gentleman handed me a paper and told me it was a list of things that were done to my car. Even after reading them several times I had no clue what it meant. From the outside other than some stickers and what looked like marker my car looked fine. I get in and it doesnt start. They give me a jump and despite there being no indication for need, they put air in my tire. I drive home and then the next day on my way to work, the tire pressure light turns on. Less than a minute later my tire burst. Fast forward to a week later I start to notice that my door that had been damaged does not close properly and my car doesnt really drive the same. When my boyfriend drives my car he relays that he thinks my alignment is off, I didnt really think much of it as hes no car expert. But when I finally go for an oil change, they confirm his thoughts. The following day Im on my way to a doctors appointment and my car doesnt start, the door that doesnt close properly is the culprit. Im throughly disappointed in this company and can not think of any redeeming qualities. My repairs were guaranteed for life but I havent bothered to return because I dont want to be another month without my car for meager repairs.

Absolutely horrible experience. We were rear-ended and Geico recommended them to us. We had to take the car back 3 times for issues they never fully resolved. They had the nerve to get mad at us for taking it back! The car stunk like a tool shed for over a month when we noticed yet another issue from their poor work. They told us if the smell does not go away to bring it back and they have a machine to fix it. We go back and they say to use an air freshener. Joe, the manager hung up on me after he told me that cars start to smell bad after a while. So my 2015 GMC smells after 10 months? I said "Please dont talk to me like Im stupid." He angrily told me to get that out of my head! Now he is acting contemptuous to me because I wouldnt believe him nor would I accept his lie. All I asked was for him to make good on his previous promise and to have a job done right. We got neither. We have been inconvenienced several times. Had to drive rental vehicles we werent familiar with and set time aside to pick up and drop off the car. Stay FAR AWAY. I found out they changed hands and have been falling apart ever since. Unfortunately we got caught in the fall out. This was one issues. We had an issue every time we picked up the car. He told me when my gas tank would only fill up 3/4 of the way that the gas attendent wasnt pumping right. He told me that the gashes in the door (which happend at the shop) would be invisible. Nope. We left that alone except for when the paint they used chipped off after a week! Terrible work, terrible attitude, terrible experience.
