A few years ago I think that the service was better. I had no complains. This time I am very upset with the situation. I have left my car there for fixing around the end of September 2012 and a week after when I went to pick it up, I found out that the paint didnt match, they had put non-Honda parts on my car which was not authorize and they fixed the hood but didnt align the front bumper which was pushed in. I requested to speak with the owner Dave and he promised me that the job will be done right and I should be able to pick up the car in a week or so. I continue to trust them, because of my past experience. I think it will be done in a correct manner as the owner is aware of the situation. I will post again once i pick the car up Wednesday Oct 10, 2012.

I recently had my car repaired at this location after a deer hit my car. When I picked my car up I found new damage to the rear bumper of my car. I understand accidents happen, but no one informed me my car received damage while in the shops care. My husband informed the manager before we left and he easily confirmed the damage happened at the shop. They repaired the car the next week within a day. However, I was disappointed that my property wasnt treated the way I would treat it in while it was in Carstars care and that I was not informed of the damage/no one noticed the damage. I will not use this repair shop in the future as they have lost my trust.

I had a wonderful experience with Lakeside. I would recommend them to everyone. When I dropped my car off, they were very warm and friendly. My car was repaired very nicely and looked wonderful. The people are always friendly and helpful on the phone. I loved that I got to see pictures of the work as it progressed. When I dropped off rental, they stayed after closing to make sure I got my car since I worked in a different city and had to pick up my son. Not only did they make sure I was pleased with the service, but I had help getting my sons hard to remove car seat base from the rental and they put it in my car with no asking on my part.

After having problems at other shops in the past, I was referred to Lakeside. I was pleased from the very beginning. The staff was very helpful and polite and they were able to answer the questions that I had about the repair of my car. A rental car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off which was nice. They also had this cool program where I could go online and look at pictures of my car each day to see the progress.Very neat! My car was done on time and it looked brand new again. Hopefully Im never involved in another accident but if I am I will be going back to Lakeside Collision. A++

A few months ago my girlfriend backed into my Driver door. I brought the car to Lakeside Collision and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff and quality work they provided to restore a door that looked like new. The entire experience was great and much easier dealing with this group than the dealership collision shop in Cherry Hill. Lakeside Collision did a great job working with the insurance provider and I strongly recommend them to anyone.

They do good work but they are expensive. Less attractive locations do the same quality work for less money.
