Well, well, well. What can I say. We are the cleaning service (Simple Clean, shameless plug) that actually cleans Hampton Body works/Showroom. Although I dont have much experience in the RV world, or even the car repair world, I do have experience in customer service. The staff there is customer oriented. Period. When I am there, or my guys, we see what goes on and how they treat clients, and its a refreshing environment and a true throwback to what customer service actually is. We love working with them, love the vibe, and...they even get together and go out to local places in town to celebrate their business. A true gem in Newton, NJ.

My family and I have worked with Hampton Body Works for over 20 years. They are very fair when it comes to pricing the repairs to your vehicle. They are always a pleasure to deal with and get your car in and out of service quickly. I would highly recommend them for your next repair. I also had an insurance claim one time where I totaled my truck. They assisted me with dealing with the insurance company and made sure I got the most money for my truck by helping me find comparable vehicles to show the insurance company. Great group of people at Hampton Body Works. You would be mistaken to bring your car elsewhere.

I had an accident and they towed my truck to the shop and after 1 month the insurance give them the ok to fix it . I ask them how long will it takes to get it done they sad one week but when i call them one week after they sad that it was not ready and they sad one more week after that second week they didnt even call me and when i call they sad not ready again and i tall them i will lick it up anyways they sad no problem and when i went ther they have call the caps so that they told me that it was not ok for me to take it .i will not recommend no one to do business with this people ever

Dee was AWESOME! I only dealt with her-- my car was waiting for a new transmission to come from Korea and she made sure she stayed on top of dealership that had to put my new transmission in. She was able to get my job done in a little less time. She even helped me with the extra fees and bills being charged to me from the rental car company. Dee not only helped me figure out a crappy situation that lasted almost 2 months but she became a friend in the process! I would definitely recommend Hampton auto body and that is only because of Dee!!

After our brand new vechile was totaled only 10 days after purchase we were at a loss as to what to do. Dee and the staff at Hampton Auto Body helped us navigate through the process and made a very difficult time for us as easy as possible. The staff was informative, courteous and professional. Dee keep us abreast of every step along the way. Although I hope to never need their services again, should the need arise I would not hesitate to return to Hampton Auto Body. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH .... THEY OVER CHARGED IN EVERY WAY THEY COULD AND WHEN I GOT UPSET ABOUT IT DEMANDED I ONLY PAY CASH....THEY CHARGED ME 52.50 A NIGHT TO "HOUSE" THE VEHICLE BUT THEY PICKED THE VEHICLE UP AND GOT IT BACK TO THE SHOP WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED. THEY LITERALLY MAKE IT SO UNAFFORDABLE AND TELL YOU YOUR VEHICLE ISNT WORTH FIXING TO KEEP IT ! THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE THEY CAN. DONT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Hampton Body Works helped me out a lot. My kid was in an accident and Dee walked me through every step and process in which what could been a frustrating situation dealing with insurance companies. Dee went above and beyond what I expected. She gave me a lot of sound advice about how best to handle my situation. I was involved in a head on collision and had no idea about the process involved with moving forward. She did research for me, assured me of my decisions, was very supportive and understanding, and went out of her way to help me every time I walked through their door.

Hampton Auto Body made a very difficult time for me (vehicle totaled) much easier. The office manager, Dee, worked with me very closely throughout the entire process and helped me work through all of the details with the insurance company. Even though I couldnt use their auto body service, they took GREAT care of me. I highly recommend them for their customer service alone.

I think this place is the worst my girlfriend gets in a fender bender in a parkin lot so I need the car towed 4 miles they show up and till her 300$ I tell her to refuse the tow Im thinking are they crazy or is it me. She calls sublime towing they showed right up and towed the car for less then a hundred dollars. Who do they think they are to rob people they way they do

Cant say enough about how helpful and nice the people are, especially Dee. I have used the body shop before and everything was super easy. This time I wanted after market running boards put on my new Jeep. Dee made everything so easy--even gave me a ride home and back to get my Jeep! Jeep looks great. Call Dee she will help you and make the whole process simple.

I was really unhappy with my tow bill and mad because an employee hung up on me! The owner, Bill called me and made it right. Lesson learned if you have a problem with an employee - go to the owner to get the issue resolved. A unhappy employee is not a fair reflection of a business.
