Horrible service! They wanted $500 cash upfront which was paid, and the promise of the vehicle being fixed by weeks end. Then it changed to oh...well maybe itll be done in a few weeks. Unacceptable. We asked to refund us our money and a competing repair shop was going to fix immediately, and for far less money. They said, "well refund the visa it was charged to"....and HUNG UP. So, the normal person would NOT know that meant come in to swipe the card. Totally unprofessional, as I tried to explain what was said, the woman hung up on me. If you want TRUE professionals and GREAT work, go to Brians Autobody on Rt. 38

Did their job but did not fulfill a promise. I brought in my car and did the inspection, the rep told me they would take off the tar from the right side if the car, clean the interior, and also under the hood as a courtesy but when I picked it up, they didnt do any of those, though they did the actual fixing of the damages. if you want to have loyal customers, dont lie to them.

I got in a wreck and brought my F150 super crew cab here to be fixed. Repaired and repainted in a timely manor. Very Very professional here I cant stress that enough. I believe her name was Kathy or Kathleen that was the receptionist there she was polite and concerned that I leave there satisfied as I truly was. Highly recommended

Highly recommend this body shop. I took my 07 350z here for body work, they repainted the hood, front bumper, both front quarter panels, and blended the doors. The pearl paint looks immaculate. It looks like the day I drove it off the lot when I bought it :) Really, excellent job!!!

Vehicle not ready after being promised numerous times. Made appointment 2 weeks prior to service appointment and this (1) day job started 3 days into the 7 days which they kept it. Unprofessional station.... Too many to choose from to risk a hard time here. Good luck.

Car was ready a business day later than originally promised, BUT the work was immaculate. Paid attention to a lot of significant details in the suspension and did the work like they owned the car. Couldnt be happier with the result and well worth the wait.
