My wife took her crv to this dealership for an oil change 07/12 .Upon their inspection she was told she needed a brake job for all 4 wheels.Since the vehicle was there & were not close by we told them to go ahead with it not knowing the next opportunity we would have to bring it there. The brake job cost us over $700 & we paid it,knowing it was not the least expensive option. But we bought into the factory trained technicians & keep your vehicle serviced by Honda pitch.Turns out we made a mistake,we were charged for 4 new brake pads & the cutting of the front rotors & the replacement of the rear rotors.Last month my wifes rear brakes began to grind. We took it to our local mechanic who fixed it, I paid him $300 to install new pads & rotors. After we were home the next day I checked our service records & realized it had only been 27k since Avalon Honda supposedly replaced them.I called our mechanic to recover the parts but he had only the rotors left, the pads had been discarded. We inspected the rotors & found them to be the originals, they had not been replaced & the brake pads would not have worn down to the metal as they did after only 27k miles.(our mechanic inspected the front pads & they were fine. They had been cut not supposedly replaced) I took the rotors to the service mgr & told him the story. The song & dance started with Honda is finding problems with the calipers hanging up.Our mechanic checked the calipers they were fine. The service mgr told me if I had brought them back within 12mos /12000miles they would taken care of it.Who knew? The bottom line:we were charged for new rotors & the labor cost to replace them but they never did that job.Brakes are designed to last much more than 27k miles esp.the rear brakes as the front take most of the load.We bought the vehicle there & have owned 3 Hondas, theyre good vehicles. We will not buy another there & will not recommend this dealer.Bad enough to overcharge but then not to even do the job you charged your customer for.

Id give it more stars if I could. They definitely deserve it. From my first inquiry over the internet to the final of sale. AWESOME!!! I dealt with Meredith though out and let me tell you what a relief to find that not only her but everyone there was nice to deal with. Know that feeling of being chum in a shark tank when you walk into a dealer? Not here. Meredith was sweet and polite. Chatted with my wife and I as if we were family. My wife even gave her a hug on the way out. It was the best car dealer experience of my life. Actually, it was literally unbelievable. No pushy sales tactics, no pressure AND I got exactly what I wanted at a BETTER price then advertised. Their tag line is " Home of the Nice Guys". My personal experience there leads me to believe that they actually bank on that. I can not say enough good things about this experience. My next car will be coming from Avalon Honda. Yours should too!!! Thank you so much team for showing me what buying a car should be like.

Recently dropped off my Honda Pilot for a routine service. The service department was able to squeeze the appointment in which really helped me out due to an impending trip. They also proactively replaced bushings that were the subject of a service bulletin. I was very grateful for this repair especially in light of the fact that another Honda dealer told me the bushings were ok even though I was complaining about a front suspension noise. I will definitely bring my car back for service to their dealership

I had a slashed tire and Honda roadside put the spare donut on. I raced to Avalon Honda for a new tire, but when I arrived at 5:35, I found out service left at 5. 2 men, Ross and Tommy took my bad tire for replacement and they filled up the air in my donut tire which was very low on air. I returned the next day for the finished tire. It just shows that these two employees went beyond their normal duties to help a Honda owner in distress. Thanks Ross and Tommy from Bob Rubin

Didnt even make it to the dealer, called to talk to service about getting an oil change. I called right when they opened on a Tuesday thinking they wouldnt be busy. The operator sent my call to the service center 3 times before I was hung up on. Gonna find somewhere else...

I drove two hours to get to Avalon Honda to purchase a new vehicle. The drive was definitely worth it! Everyone there was straight forward and what we discussed is exactly what I got, no gimmicks, no hidden fees.
