"Liberty Collision", is an exceptionally proficient state-of-the-art art facility. They have successfully refurbished my 6 month old Subaru, due to the unfortunate circumstance of a hit, and run at a local McDonalds parking lot. Soundly, restoring it to its original condition. Superb selection/preference of snow tires. The owners there are professional, businesslike, and gentlemanly. Particularly, "Keith Scott," is seemingly, a genuinely gregarious, smart, and knowledgeable in nature. Business is budget oriented, whereas, is competively moderate in price. The only duly notable idiosyncracy, was because of an employee; (me, not wishing to devulge who). Had been rude, disrespectful, and impolite to me as a customer. It may have been due to a signicant unsavory adverse chemical personlity conflict. Whereby, making it into a stressful situation almost in entirety. Apparently, unhelpful, not wanting to engage, entertain nor accomodate. In essence, non conducive to a working business relationship. As a female, never experiencing a problem while unaccompanied purchasing many new vehicles. As well as, the same deal with maintenence. In any event, it will be improper for me to misrepresent/misjudge/misidentify. Unfortunately, because of incongruous/disingenuous behavior. Naturally, customer service savvy, ultimately, means showing decorum.

Just want to say a Big Thank You to Liberty Collision, for the repairs you did on my vehicle after we hit a deer! It looks beautiful! I recommend Liberty Collision to anyone if you need work done on your vehicle they do great work!! Thank you Angelo for everything!

Ive had work done here several times, and absolutely cant say enough good about them. They do great, high quality work at fair prices and do it quickly. They treat you like family would (if not better).
