I had extensive hail damage to my brand new (2009) Acura TSX. To say I was upset would be a large understatement. I was referred to Delran Auto Body from a friend of my fathers because I was told that they did good work (and to be honest thats ALL I cared about). From every exposed part, the entire car had probably 1000 little dents all over it from a hail storm in North Jersey (I live in Cinnaminson, South Jersey). I was skeptical that a full repair would even be possible. The owner John assured me that hed make the car like new again and 20 some odd days later, my car looked better than new. He fixed every dent and ding and made it all look like it was brand new!!! I am NOT being paid and Im not family, it was really an excellent job and for what I thought was an extremely reasonable price (it went through insurance either way). Overall, they did EXCELLENT work, my car looks identical to the day I purchased it and I would absolutely recommend Delran Auto Body to anyone in the South Jersey area!

I CALLED IN YESTERDAY TO GET A ESTIMATE ON MY CAR.. WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY AND TO BRING IT IN TODAY.. I GO THERE... FOLLOW THE BIG SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT SAYS "ESTIMATES" I WALK IN AND IMMEDIATELY THE OWNER JOHN GREETS ME WITH AN ATTITUDE AND JUST SAYS "YEAH".. NO HELLO OR ANYTHING... THEN I TELL HIM I NEED AN ESTIMATE AND HE SAYS GO TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.. SO I SAID IM NOT GOING THRU MY INSURANCE COMPANY.. HE GETS UP WALKS AROUND THE ROOM AS IF HE WAS DOING SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT AND STARTS RAISING HIS VOICE AT ME AS IF I WAS HIS CHILD AND SAYS "WERE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF DOING ESTIMATES.. YOU CAN RUN AROUND ALL YOU WANT GETTING 50 ESTIMATES" WHILE RAISING HIS VOICE HIGHER AND HIGHER.. TO THINK THAT I WAS ACTUALLY REFERRED TO HIM BY A CLOSE MEMBER OF MY FAMILY MAKES ME WANT TO VOMIT!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT.. THANKS JOHN FOR BEING A REAL UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE JERK!!

This place is terrible!!!!! To be fair I cant comment on the quality of their work because I didnt recieve any of it. Basically after 2min of talking the old man said right to my face "I cant help you". I had money in hand ready give to him for performing a service and he insultingly and for unknown reasons said no. Ive never found a business that is so rude to customers. Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Just go to Mr Lee in florence

Went into shop. Owner started to cuss me out. Then followed me out, grabbed me and then threw a handful of wreches at me. As i got in my car to leave he put his face in my window and said if i said another word that i would not make it out of the property alive. Every word of this review is true. I went directly to the police and reported the assault. Please do not go anywhere near this mentally unstable thug.

I have had several repairs done here over the years. I just had them do a repair and repaint on a light damage to my rear bumper plus another small spot on the same bumper. Instead of doing just the two spots they repainted the whole bumper for the same price. And what a beautiful job! I have found John pleasant to deal with.

Went to get estimate as the courts required two after i was backed into...im in retail and never knew people could be so downright nasty when youre there to spend your hard earned money at their place. The first guy nick at maaco, go see him...this guy is just out of touch with reality...

Went to them to get a quote to fix an issue that another shop caused that they wouldnt fix. Mechanic waved me off and said he wasnt fixing another persons mess up. Wasnt even nice about it.
