I recently had to get my 2014 Subaru car repaired twice in three weeks because of 2 rear end collisions.The first time the bumper and other parts needed replacement. Marie worked with the insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. What I thought would be a very inconvenient experience went very smoothly. The car looked perfect when I picked it up. When the second accident occurred, I still had their phone # in my phone address book and I called from the accident scene. Again, Marie made everything simple and easy. Only the bumper was needed this time and again, I was very satisfied with the outcome. TERRIBLE management - I had my car repaired here from an accident and they painted the bumper a DIFFERENT COLOR than the rest of the car. Their excuse was that it was the color purchased from the manufacturer, but because my car is a few years old the color has faded. I asked why they didnt try to match it better, and they said they cant do that. I called other body shops to see if they could do it, and they said this is normal protocol. My insurance company even tried to reason with them, but they will not budge. If they dont fix it, I will be looking into my legal options. They would save themselves a lot of heartache and bad reviews if they had the professionalism to make a customer happy!

HORRIBLE place. They asked me a much higher price after I left my car there and my car was apart. OK since I didnt want to bother to go to another place. Then my AC didnt work after they replaced my AC. When I asked them to check, they asked me to leave my car there again. I dont trust them any more, and was afraid to spend much more money than other place. Not there any more. NEVER. By the way, my AC worked fine before I had my car repaired there.

They did my Acura MDX at the referal of the local Acura dealer and I am amazed. The people there were wonderful to deal with. They did all the insurance negotiations and even got me an upgrded rental car! After all the work they even cleaned it for me, (it was a little less than tidy at the time of the accident) I would go back to them or send anyone to them without hesitation. Thanks BWAB. Jenny T.
