Dont get bodywork when from out of state! I am from Ohio and drove to NJ and was involved in an accident. Went to Rio Auto Body and was told it would be over $3000 to ship the car back to ohio to be able to get fixed there and the vehicle was not able to be driven at all. Stated the vehicle could be fixed in 2 weeks. After my family got a rental to go back to ohio we were called the 2 weeks later to be told the car was done. I found a transport company that delivered the car for $600! When I got the car the fit and finish of the body parts was horrible! The bumpers, fenders and hood did not line up and had touch up paint dont to it. When I asked the body shop why the vehicle it was like this. They explained my particular vehicle has does not fit very well from the factory and they dont use touch up paint. The owner stated the transport company mustve bought touch up paint while moving the vehicle.....I looked at the touch up paint and it was from Rio Grande Auto Body Shop... Never again will I trust a body shop that isnt in my local area. Rio Body shop felt the need to take advantage of a customer that lived out of state by doing a $500 job that costed $6500!

I cant say enough about my experience at Rio Auto Body. The owner Lou helped me throughout the process by keeping me informed every step of the way. My truck was repaired like it never had anything wrong with it and when I picked it up it was cleaned inside and out. He runs a top notch operation and I highly recommend this shop.
