Extremely impressed with not only the state-of-the-art shop itself but also the superb customer service and professionalism I experienced today at Carsmetics. I stopped by this afternoon to get an estimate on some minor repairs that I have been putting off for some time now on my WRX. Rich listened to my list of things I needed repaired (a cracked hood-scoop, broken door gutter, and some dings and scratches on my passenger-side rear door from a slight impact) and asked me to pull my car in the garage to take a closer look. He immediately began to work on all of these issues, while simultaneously jumping between helping other customers who were coming into the shop. He flawlessly buffed out the scratches, re-installed the door-gutter, and fixed the crack in my broken hood scoop within 20 minutes. The kicker here is, he said that there was no charge for any the repairs he helped me with but to think of the shop should I have any accidents in the future. I couldnt believe it! This is above and beyond anything that you see nowadays as far as customer service is concerned, and really speaks to what a hidden gem this place is. They really care about the customer and take pride in their work. Dont hesitate to bring your vehicle here should you need any work done. You wont regret it!

The nicest and most professional people! I brought in my Explorer to have them look at a patch of some swirl scratches in the hood and to schedule a time to bring it in for repair. Sean took a quick look and told me they could buff it out on the spot (as long as the scratches werent deeper then they first appeared of course). After a fast, beautifully completed job my hood looked like new. They even refused to charge me anything even after I insisted. I cant recommend them enough. If at anytime I ever have body work of any sort that needs done, they will be the first shop I call and send my friends too.

Mike and Todd were great to work with! Professional, reasonable, and honest, which is not that easy to find in the car refinishing world! I needed my bumper stripped and painted, Rim repair, and a small dent pulled out. My car looks like new! It only took 2 days (because I had all of that to do), anywhere else would have made me wait a week or more. Oh, and they gave me a rental...on them! They will always be my "go to" shop for cosmetic repairs. Upstanding establishment!

Sean was extremely courteous and professional. Came for a quote. They were able to quote me, about $800 less from a bigger repair shop, was able to call their parts supplier to confirm they had the part and ordered even before they got insurance approval. Told me they could have back before leaving for vacation in two days. Lets see what happens.

Had a repair done here a while back. The shop manager is very professional and friendly. Theyre responsive via email and had a great quote. Car has a very difficult color to match, but they did it perfectly the first time (it even took the last dealer 3 times to match it once). Several months later and the repair still looks great.

This place came highly recommend by a friend. I got my car back and the paint is all shiney and sparkly just the way I wanted it. Yayyyy!!!!! Best decision I ever made, after all if they are good enough to paint Jon Bon Jovis car then they are definitely good enough to paint my (a mere mortals) car. My paint rocks!!!

Got the side of my car painted, body work was good and color matched but could see uneven stripes in the clear coat. A different body shop told me this is called zebra striping.
