If you are going through your insurance company for the body work, I would never recommend this shop to anyone, regardless of their quality of work. Looking back on the process this has been an awful experience from day 1. I initially left the car with them because Mark told me the car was illegal to drive since the headlight and turn signal were not functioning, I later checked with my local PD and they said as long as no parts of the car were flying off and could cause harm to other motorist the car was legal to drive during the day, assuming I utilized hand signals when turning. If I wasn’t under the impression the car was illegal to drive I would have taken it to the USAA approved shop for a 2nd quote. Fast forward 3 weeks: Despite the fact my insurance company issued a check to Flemington Auto Body, they would not release my car until they had the check in their possession. They require 100% of payment before releasing the car, forcing me to spend more money on a rental car, when I asked if they would compensate me for the extra time I had to be in a rental they said "Will you compensate me for the money I had to shell out to repair your car." (The payment issued to them is by definition reimbursement for the cost of the repair) The one document I signed when I left my car with them has no mention of them holding the car until they have received full payment from the insurance company. Furthermore, the shop never called me with any updates on my car, such as them filing a supplemental claim with my insurance company or that my car was finished. I had to call them once a week to check the status of my car and was told each time it could be done by the end of that week, yet when checking in at the end of the week I was always told no and try back next week. To top it all off I spoke to them yesterday I found out that my car had been finished for 5 days and when I went to make payment I was informed they cannot accept credit or debit cards and it would have to be a Bank Check for the total amount. All in all this entire process has been a disaster; I wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy.

I had the pleasure of working with Flemington Auto Body during an extensive repair to my 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek. Contrary to a few of the other reviews on here, Mark, Brad, and the rest of the team are absolute professionals. I was never promised a timeline but knew the job was going to be an undertaking, to say the least. From start to finishing they had my car for about 7-8 weeks. Throughout that time period both Mark and Brad did a wonderful time of updating me on changes to the vehicle status and making sure that only the highest quality of parts were provided. My vehicle carried a 5-Year/100,000 mile warranty so in order for this warranty to remain intact, Subaru genuine equipment, was required. They assured that everything was replaced properly. At the conclusion of the process, I had a two things on the car that were not working properly. The first was a taillight and the second was the automatic window (which was no big deal after a $15,000+ repair). I called Mark the following day and was told to come in as soon as a I could for them to be fixed. He took care of everything. The team at Flemington is reasonable and of the highest quality. I highly recommend them for any type of body work. These guys have your best interest and safety in mind. If you have any trouble getting the necessary parts covered by your insurance company, fight with the insurer, not Flemington Auto Body. As I mentioned before, the team is quality and they make sure your vehicle will be, too.

This place is awful! The estimated time for repair was 3 days. It took more than a week. After the vehicle was returned to me I noticed fingerprints in the paint. I returned the vehicle and it was repainted. The paint job was still shoddy. I had to return the vehicle on two additional occasions to fix windshield wipers. They were unsuccessful in fixing the wipers and instructed me to go to the dealer for repairs. This is simple stuff and they failed miserably on the basics. Mark claims to be the owner. Thats who I dealt with. Hes angry and confrontational. I would never return and I suggest you call a different Auto body shop.
