I had a package schedule for delivery today, 5/25/17 and when I tracked the package it stated it was out for delivery. The postman on the route today was not my normal mail person. I tried calling the Post Office for literally an hour straight and received nothing but a busy signal. I think they take the phone off the hook so they dont have to deal with customer issues. I then close my office and made a trip down to the Post Office before it closed. Stood in line for 15 minutes to be told that its still out on the delivery truck. I then asked for the supervisor who was "Mr. Personality" and yes Im being sarcastic, Asked why one package managed to get delivered today and the other one wasnt? He then proceeded to tell me that they have more than one postman on a route at a time which I find very hard to believe because Ive been working at the same location for 6 years-and never had more than 1 postman at my office in a day. Apparently he must think that were stupid enough to believe this nonsense. I then asked him why the phone has been busy for the past 3 hours which he couldnt give me an answer. Then he decided to disappear behind the counter. His customer-service skills are completely unacceptable. This branch and the supervisor himself should be reported to the United States Postal Service.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I have never experienced so much unorganized workers in a post office. When I moved here, I went in on a Friday to pick up my mailbox keys (which was new to me) and was told that Tuesday and Thursday are the days to get the keys. I had to fill out a form with my contact info and was told I would get a call next week. Well I never got a call 2 weeks later. Decided to go in. I was told I had to fill out a new slip because the lady now does the keys on 2 different days...what that had to do with my slip 2 weeks ago? I was told that the mail carrier can bring any mail thats in the box back to post office the next day for pick up so I was told to fill out a "hold". I go the next day to get my mail. The guy says that my key has been there waiting for me to pick up! I was fuming! Now I go to pick up a package with my slip that was in my mailbox that stated "hold". The lady at the desk bright up a pile of mail that was being held. The note attached said "hold till keys are ready"...I have had my keys now for almost a month. This is crazy that every single experience I have had with this post office has been completely unorganized. I hate that I cant switch like I could my cable company

This is the worst post office in history. I dont understand because I thought you had to take a tests to make sure you were intelligent enough to work here. I have more mail delivered to my apartment with other peoples names on it then I do of mail with my name on it. Never mind the fact that I have been up to that office twice telling them they are putting other peoples mail in my box. I have given them bags of mail. Plus I have a note taped to the back of the box where they put the mail telling them who lives in my apartment and to please not put any other mail in my box. I received a package last week that specifically said that someone had to sign for it and they left it on my rug at my door. Really??? They have lost so much important sensitive mail for my son who is disabled. I have never seen anything like this before and am on hold right now trying to file a complaint. Enough is Enough. Do your damn job or get a new one.

Worst post office ever. Always have trouble receiving packages. I track my packages, and on the day thats theyre suppose to deliver, it constantly comes up undeliverable. Numerous times Ill go to the post office and tell them (even show them on the cellphone) the tracking number, name, address and not once have they attempted to find the packages and theyre sent back. Its mind numbing and beyond ridiculous. The people are very kind for the most part, but theyre either not trained or dont care. I hate to see anyone lose their job, but they either need to fire these people and hire competent people OR give them proper training. This has happened for four years now since weve moved to this area and this post offices area, and has happened since day one.

The staff at this post office are amazing! They went above and beyond to give me my package. I had missed the delivery to my home and on a chance (because they closed at noon and it was now 5:30pm lol) I stopped by to see if anyone was there. Of course the office was closed in the front but post men were returning in their trucks. I drove up to the fence and one of them came over and asked me did I need help. I explained my situation and he told me it wasnt a problem at all. He was extremely helpful. The supervisor retrieved my package, which I greatly appreciated. It contained items I needed for a competition Im competing in less then a week! Thank you so much. Sincerely J.Eason.

Im speaking for someone else but I agree. The people there are rude and nasty. They told us that we can only have our mail held for 10 days when I know that isnt true. We live in a duplex and ordered something and they dont care where your mail or packages go. They dont like people and they dont like their job. We always have problems with this office and they say they dont have to hold the mail. My friend is a disabled veteran they ladies behind the counter dont want to hear what anyone has to say. They dont care to listen. The post lady doesnt take outgoing mail all the time. I get time sensitive mail late Alot of times. Nobody believes that the post office people dont do their job.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The mailman for this post office suck!!!! I live in a duplex and have had my mail put in the tenants mailbox MULTIPLE times. Ive called and asked for them to please sort to mail as my address is 10 and the apartment is 10B with TWO different mailboxes no where near each other, but these mailmen are too lazy to walk up a few stairs to my mailbox. Today I had outgoing mail that did not go out in todays mail because they didnt put my mail in my mailbox, they put it in the apartments mailbox!!!

This post office is the worst in NJ. Each yr we go away for 10-14 days & stop the mail, & each time mail gets delivered at least 5 times. I constantly get other peoples mail and have had mine delivered elsewhere. I havent had the same carrier for more than 2 months at a time in yrs..my mail gets delivered anytime from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. Different carrier every 2/3 days. House 2 doors down has been empty for 1&1/2 yrs but mail is still shoved in box This is not new, the post masters have been bad for a number of yrs
