I own a building in Sea Bright, NJ that was was hit hard by Superstorm Sandy. As a result, I had multple leaks in my roof that 3 other roofers could not find. Heard about Mark from a client of mine and figured what the hell, Im desperate, Ill try anything. Reached out to Mark late on a Friday afternoon, got his voice mail and thought to myself, oh great, Ill never hear from this guy again...boy was I wrong!! Within 15 minutes he got back to me, said that he had a job in the morning but could meet me in the afternoon...a SATURDAY afternoon. He showed up on time, surveyed the situation and said "I can fix this...I guarentee it". Told me when he could start, which was a few days later, he showed up when he said he would and did everything he said he would. Since then we have had quite a few "major" rains and guess what...NO LEAKS!!! If I could give these guys more stars I would...I cant say enough about how happy I am with the job they did fixing my roof. Not only is he a professional that knows his stuff, he takes total ownership of the job and has my tenants call him if there is a problem, not me. He always answers his phone, if not, he is very quick to respond and get this....he will actually call you if hes running late. I have been burned by a few contractors after the storm so Im not one to write a rave review but these guys are bar none the best I have ever dealt with.

Real Roofers: Responsive, Responsible & Reliable!! They took excellent care of us. Mark, the owner came to our house at 5 oclock in the morning during a rain storm to patch our leaky roof. Later that same morning, he came back with his crew to repair the problem. Instead of convincing us to get a whole new roof (which we probably would have done anything at that point) he was conservative & honest, helping us determine what needed to be taken care of right away and what could wait. Over a year later when I called him to check that the roof is still in good shape before solar panel installation, he remembered our house and he came out right away. We feel very lucky to find a business owner who takes pride in his work & treats his customers with respect!

We called Real Roofers on a Friday afternoon during a horrible rain storm because it was raining in our house! The owner, Mark, arrived about 2 hours later to see what the problem was and by Monday afternoon, our roof was fixed. He was extremely knowledgeable, his workers were very pleasant and you could tell that Mark truly cared about helping us and fixing our roof. He even texted me after the first rainstorm to make sure everything was ok. Its a shame not all contractors have that kind of concern! Not only would I highly recommend Real Roofers and the owner, Mark, we will - without a doubt - be using them again if the need arises. Thank you for being a man of your word Mark!!!

First I have to say that Mark Nejmeh of Real Roofers did a great job in finding the leaks in my roof and repairing it and I highly recommend him. I saw his ad the Asbury Park Press. I was pleasantly surprised when I called the number and Mark actually answered the phone. He promptly set up an appointment to give me an estimate and we set up an appointment to have the work done. They showed up on time and made the repair. They are reliable, efficient, neat and got the job done as promised. If you are looking for a GREAT roofer, call Mark. We had significant water leakage issues from the flat roof on our building and we were so very lucky to find Mark and his team. We called him on a Monday afternoon, by Thursday afternoon his team was completely finished with the project and we havent had a drop of water since. Mark was amazing during the entire process and his team was both professional and courteous throughout the project. They took extra care to keep all of the areas they touched clean and went above and beyond by painting the ceiling they repaired in the top floor unit. We think of and thank the entire team at Real Roofers every time it rains or snows!

Mark and his team were fantastic. His communication is excellent and immediate. His quote was fair and he did not extend beyond it. The crew was polite, thorough, and worked efficiently. Mark let us know exactly what the problem was, and how he was going to fix it. They cleaned up when they were through and left no scraps on the ground. Mark even went above and beyond what he told us he would do to make sure he not only repaired our roof, but left it looking good! We highly recommend RealRoofers and would certainly hire them again....but since they offer a two year guarantee, we wont have to! Excellent company!

After two years of struggling with a leaky commercial roof, I was fortunate to find Mark at RealRoofers..Mark inspected the roof the day after I spoke with him, and then proceeded to daily clear the never-ending snow to prevent further damage until the repairs were complete. He was conscientious and sensitive to the immediate nature of the necessary repairs, as a store opening was dependent on the roof no longer leaking. I was impressed with being able to speak directly with him at all hours and would highly recommend his roofing service for commercial and residential work. Mark was a life-saver!!

Mark of Real Roofers was great. I definitely recommend him and his company. We had a small roof repair job. I was calling several companies around the area, often getting no return calls. Mark called back later the same day. The regular communication continued as we coordinated the work. He even emailed pictures of the job so that we could see the progress during the workday. Turned out that there were many issues going on due to my elderly parents neglect over the last several years. He fully explained what was wrong and how it would be fixed.
