When we needed a new roof recently, we planned on getting three bids. Chris Aiello was the second, and after that we saw no need to get the third. Price was very competitive, and we got a very good vibe from Chris. They boom-loaded the roof of our raised ranch with shingles about a week later, and then they started bright and early the next morning. The crew foreman, and the whole crew, was very knowledgeable, industrious, and polite. Im retired now, but I owned a construction company many years ago, so I knew what to look for. They did everything just perfect. The tear-off meant the potential for crap all over the yard, picking up nails in tires, etc. Nope. The ONLY sign theyd been here at all was one single 2" long scrap of shingle missed in the cleanup. I was amazed. We hesitated, and decided to save money, and not replace our 30 year old painted aluminum flashing. Its not as pretty as copper, but it still worked just fine. After the crew left, I did a walk around, and noticed the gleaming copper at all the flashing sites. When I mentioned it to Chris, he just said "Yeah, I could see you wished you could have it, so I threw it in." The roof looks great! Two thumbs UP!
