I recently had Four Seasons replace and install a whole new roof. They are an established professional company and they know what they are doing- I did a lot of research before choosing a company. I also was referred by a relative who also used them years ago and is still very happy with their roof, having no problems At All. (My roof is a flat roof and my relatives roof is a sloped roof- so they are adept at all types of roofing) They have been around for many years and their being long-established with the Better Business Bureau for many years made me feel comfortable that they will be there if any issues were to arise. Especially what stood out was that they patiently answered all my many questions about the process, what was the best product to use for my particular roof, and if there were any other options, even though I did not sign on to do the project for a while. They were there throughout the whole long process and are very reliable. They are knowledgeable and confident about what they were telling me, but they still patiently took their time to explain and answer all my questions. I researched different roofing materials, as well as what other roofers proposed to use, and found out that Four Seasons were the ones using the product that was the best for my roof, and that they were right. You could see that they know their business well. I know I wont have any issues with my roof, and if I do, I know that they will address anything and will be very easy to reach.

I had several roofing companies come out to give me an estimate on the repairs needed for my roof. I had asked each company to check the root of the problem to explore options to determine if I needed a full roof replacement, or if I would be able to repair the area where my leak was. Most of the other companies disregarded my request and said I need a new roof and gave me a price for entire roof. I watched most of them to not even look where the leak was coming from and just take measurements to give me full roof pricing. Bill Taylor with Four Seasons Roofing however, was professional, courteous, and did a thorough inspection of what needed to be done to fix my leak. It was evident that he valued my business and took an interest in my requests as a customer and didnt just look at the work needed as another job to make the most off a customer as possible. The job was done quickly within a few hours. The night after the job was complete, the work they did was put to test as it poured, raining for the entire night. There was not one drop of water that made its way through my roof. Four Seasons Roofing was recommended to me. If you are in need of a roof repair, I would highly recommend getting an estimate from them and you will see first hand the level of service and professionalism you will receive.

We are very happy to choose Four Season Roofing after comparing multiple companies. They use GAF material and charge very reasonable price among all other companies. Project manager Oscar is very down to earth and gave us estimate after a prompt inspection up the roof. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. The entire crew showed up very early in the morning as per weather forecast is anticipating passing shower in early afternoon. They promise the job will be done before the rain comes. The entire project is done professionally in a timely fashion (about half a day). I am not going to complain too much about the clean up. They did clean up after they finished the job, however, after the dumpster was hauled I spotted several nails on the ground(driveway, where the dumpster is put down). I had to sweep the entire driveway and inspect very carefully to make sure no more nails left behind before I pulled up our cars. Overall, working with Four Season Roofing is a wonderful experience. From courteous customer service to professional technician crew, I can tell people work for this company take pride in their job as well as taking care of their customers as if we were their family.

If you are looking for the best roofing company to deal with on LI, Four Seasons is the one! I first heard about this family-owned company over ten years ago from a professional contractor when I was doing renovations on an historic home. Happy to report that the job there was done efficiently, including clean-up, all in one day. At the time I remember thinking, money well spent. This year I had an opportunity to call Four Seasons again for a roof on the home where I currently live. To give you an idea of the personal attention you receive from Four Seasons, when I called the office, Donna remembered my name. We set up an appointment for an estimate and I met with Bill Taylor who discussed options with me for work needed to be done in addition to the roof itself. When the work date arrived, the foreman Oscar, his crew and all equipment were at my house on time and ready to begin. Several hours later Bill came to check on work in progress. From start to finish, I felt 100% supported by Four Seasons. By the end of the day, I had a beautiful new roof and the property was left without a trace of refuse. The work ethic of this company is unsurpassed. Money well spent!

After getting hit hard by the terrible windy weather of February, pieces of our roof and siding was torn off. The roof needed to be replaced as soon as possible for the fear of leaks from the early Spring weather. After researching several roofing companies and never receiving a call back, I stumbled upon Four Seasons. From the good reviews, the company looked promising. After setting up an appointment and having our roof looked at for an estimate, I expressed my urgency for the repair. The day after I agreed with the pricing and decided on the type of shingles also my desire for a set of skylight. I had asked for the next available date and sure enough, they had set me up for a NEXT DAY replacement. When I asked for "as soon as possible", I did not expect for the job to be completed as fast as that. Next day comes, the crew came early in the morning and finished by 3PM. The job they did was great and made sure everything was covered and that no damage to the house was done from the roofing job. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons for anyone that is in need for a quick and affordable roofing job.

I am extremely happy with my recent experience with Four Seasons Roofing. In my search for a roofing company, I only engaged GAF certified elite roofers, and Four Seasons provided the best price, but price wasnt the only determining factor. From the outset, Four Seasons differentiated themselves from the competition with their professionalism. The project manager Oscar was respectful and to the point, and provided a detailed proposal with the price in writing. Other companies I called gave me a verbal estimate after looking the roof over from the ground, Oscar was the only one to climb onto the roof to assess the situation. The men arrived promptly on the day the job was to be done, Oscar showed up early and gave me an overview of what would be happening and introduced me to his foreman. Tarps were laid out protecting everything. From there, the team began working, and incredibly finished in one day, just as promised. All scraps were removed, grassy areas raked clean and nails collected. I love the look of my new roof and couldnt be more satisfied.
