I never write any reviews but this experience has me furious. I had someone come out to give an estimate on a kitchen remodel. Received the estimate which was on the high side but still decided to go into the show room as suggested to see what they had to offer. The original quote included their "high end cabinetry". Since I wanted to get the cost down I went with a lower grade of cabinets and before we signed anything to Land-Tec we requested a full breakdown of the price of the kitchen remodel costs piece by piece and thank god we did that. When all was said in done the quote ended up being 13grand MORE than the original estimate. How does someone UNDER ESTIMATE a quote by THAT MUCH? They just want to get you in the show room to get you to pick out products you like and then the price magically goes up. Not using them just for their deceitfulness!

My mother in law lives in Carle Place and she had some remodeling work done recently. Land-Tec was honest and affordable. She had me fly in and look at it. Everything was done exceptionally well. Great customer service and top notch quality work. Highly recommended and will be referring others. Tom
